I felt that our baby was being handled with care. We were given clear directions and were even allowed to record the session! The office was very clean & they even offered complimentary coffee/tea/flavored water, etc. The price was very reasonable, and I felt we got our money's worth out of the appointment. It felt like a genuine experience and I'm thankful for direction on how we can help our baby at home with exercises.

I was very concerned that he would not Want me after receiving a bottle. Dr. Beckman was cheerful, humble, knowledgeable and very positive that 1) baby was born knowing how to latch on to me...we just needed to remind him. And 2) baby should have no problem switching back-and-forth between nipple and bottle it was just a matter of strengthening the muscles that were weak. That was such a relief for a first time mommy. She went though a series of simple tests and gave us exercises to practice. Three days later he had his first decent latch. And ever since then it's been getting better and more consistent with longer stretches of time. We are not even two weeks since our visit with Dr. Beckman and today we've done more breast-feeding than pumping! Dr. Beckman and associates are professional, friendly, and prompt. Her process is backed by science and research, and carried out with kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend this office. Baby and I are forever grateful.

A doctor told me that he has heard too many bad opinions of Cora (after my trying Cora and deciding to switch to a different clinic). I observed that Cora had absolutely no supervision present, which was pretty apparent right away. They apparently double book each therapist as a rule, not just to cover peak demand. I feel that practice makes for less effective treatments.

I told andria I need a bigger and stronger type health care giver and to cover those 3 days prior to saturday.andria supplied me with Nikki who was a larger and stronger and a bit smarter than most people. on Thursday Nikki said see you on Friday. Nikki is also the person that does the scheduling for the company. Nikki did not show up on Friday and she did not call. prior I asked andria what is required if I want a schedule change andria said 24 hours notice.
