She listened when I was having a hard time mentally and pushed me physically to recovery. She'd often have to stop and remind me that I was only XX days/weeks post surgery. Very hard to be patient. This surgery is the hardest thing I've had to endure, physically and mentally, in a long time. She was amazing, patient, caring, VERY knowledgeable of the body, she does not cut you any slack (which I loved), and always had some funny story to share. :) Not all Physical Therapy is created equal... but I can assure you I received the best care here!

During this time I have been…read more treated for multiple issues including a torn rotator cuff, low back problems and post shoulder surgery. PT Professional provides outstanding care with one-on-one attention. Prior to going to PT Professionals I had been going to a different physical therapy group on Merritt Island. PT Professionals is so superior to this other group. I have been treated by several of the therapist and all have been very professional and skilled. Normally Chardae is my therapist. She is very caring and knowledgeable therapist and I always feel much better after a session. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various physical therapy techniques. I most recently have been treated after surgery on my shoulder. PT treatment started the day after the surgery. She has me perform various exercises to strengthen the shoulder. She manipulates the shoulder to allow for more range of motion. My favorite acitivity is when she massages the shoulder. It feels so amazing. She knows just what to do to make the shoulder feel better. She is a very skilled and professional therapist. While having treatment I have watched while therapist provide other patients therapy. They customize the treatment around the patients problems and abilities. Over time I have seen these other patients continually improve. If you live in the Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne or Viera area and need physical therapy I highly recommend you go to PT Professionals in Viera.

Over about 6 weeks we were able to take me from being so sore that I spent most of my time on a heating pad to having almost zero pain and a LOT more flexibility. Bottom line, I went in broken and came out a lot better, with the tools to keep improving. PT Pros rocks!

I've been a patient at Network Wellness Care for 3 years. Since I have spinal fusion between L4…read moreand L5 and bilateral total hip replacements, my treatments there are a necessary part of my health and mobility. About two weeks ago, I tore my latissimus dorsi muscle thanks to a hard, sudden lurch while riding on the 1 train. The pain on the left side of my back was unbelievable, so much so that I had trouble even breathing because of the body movement it involved. After a week of recovery which included muscle relaxants, I had to go back to work. Immediately, the pain was incapacitating. I asked Dr. Suzanne McBride if she could see me (stat!), and she gave me a therapeutic massage which also included a network treatment and reflexology work. When I entered the office I could barely walk and, amazingly, I have been 99% pain free for almost a week since seeing her. In addition to the skill and beautiful intention which is abundant in her network chiropractic practice, Suzanne is also a trained (and gifted) massage therapist, and she studied reflexology in China. She used all three healing methods to restore my health and mobility, for which I'm very grateful. I highly recommend Dr. McBride and her SoHo Network Wellness Care practice to anyone seeking wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Not only is Suzanne's heart-filled, holistic work wonderful, but the office and the community is refreshing as well. Jill Good

The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line!
