I picked the perfect doctor for what I needed. The office has been great. My recovery I could not ask for anything better as a medical professional myself. I uphold my doctors to the same standards and he exceeded them. His staff is very kind and patient, and as they're growing, the new people I have seen have been just as great. I also have had great services by Dr VJ, his name is quite long, but he works out of the Suntree office mostly, but he does Cortizone shots and stem cell and all of the latest and greatest procedures that might buy someone time before surgery. No matter what you'll be well taking care of, they will give you the honest truth, and if you have any issues ever please let them know because they really are a great practice.

David Dominguez insisted that "they were wrong" and that it was a total tear that required surgery. Despite my knee feeling much better weeks after the MRI, he insisted that it was the "calm before the storm" and that I would experience bone on bone arthritis in 1-5 years. He said the knee will not heal without surgery sooner or later. Against my intuition, I proceeded with the surgery, based on his assertions. The exploratory procedure revealed exactly what the MRI report described. I had a partial meniscus root tear. He closed my knee up with no repairs whatsoever. His post op appointment revealed that my ligaments were intact, I only had a partial meniscus tear that "would heal on its own" and the area under my kneecap looked like that of a 20 year old. All of these statement in this review were made in the presence of his office staff. For this unnecessary and negligent procedure, his office and the surgery center will ultimately max out my $5,000 health insurance deductible, all out of my pocket. I will not take this without a fight. I have formally given him 14 days to refund my $700 deposit on the surgery and will be filing a medical malpractice claim next week unless I am absolved from all financial responsibility for this unnecessary procedure, caused only by Dominguez's improper interpretation of an MRI

If you're going to have someone answering your phones as your first line of customer service, please have someone who is good with people, personable and patient. Not someone who is clearly impatient and condescending. This Orthopedic Center was actually recommended - and within seconds of calling I was so turned off that I couldn't possibly want to go there. Pressing down on herniated disc -- Dr. Teimouri assured me that I did not have disc problems and then proceeded to press down between my shoulders. An mri later found that I have a herniated disc precisely there. I think the lesson here is to make sure you have an accurate diagnosis with an orthopedic dr before proceeding with chiropractic care. 2. Unprofessional and pushy -- they strongly discouraged me from seeing a physical therapist at all for a few weeks. Thankfully I went to see a physical therapist anyways who accurately predicted that I have a disc issue. When I called suntree chiropractic to let them know that I wanted to discontinue my care until I had an mri, Tricia Gray was very unprofessional and snippy. She didn't even let me talk and just lectured me about how physical therapy was going to make me worse and that other chiropractors would worsen my problem. I was planning to return, but they lost a client because of her behavior. Thankfully she was wrong and physical therapy has eliminated most of my pain and I continue improving. They were also a couple other issues that gave me the impression that they lacked professionalism. Bottom line, I personally did not feel comfortable here. Although Dr Brooks is an esteemed seasoned Dr. An instructor, I chose Dr. Brooke and his staff because of the massive number of feedback Online from actual customers and their comments in regards to How happy they were after the procedure, how happy they were in choosing Dr. Miller and his staff and how successful they felt years later, as well as how caring his staff was, and how responsible, Confident and serious they took each day in doing their job. That amount of feedback was fivefold of the feedback. Dr. Brooks had online from what I could find. That feedback Was more valued than the five times of experience, Dr. Brooks had. From the moment I arrived, the male receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. I was then taken to the back where it was very crowded, and I was told I would be moved to a yellow room. As soon as I sat down, I overheard nurses openly complaining--talking negatively about other rooms "pushing patients off on them" and saying they weren't even busy. What made it worse is that they continued speaking in a way that made it clear they were talking about me, as if I wasn't sitting right there. I can't imagine how devastating this kind of treatment would feel to someone who is there battling cancer. No patient should ever be made to feel like an inconvenience while receiving medical care. This experience was shameful, unprofessional, and completely lacking compassion.
