As soon as this clinic opened in my area I called to see if it was in my insurance network. The woman on the phone said yes so I made an appointment. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front informed it was a mistake & they were out of network but said that if I paid $25 per treatment they would bill my insurance & write off any balance unpaid by them. I was treated multiple times a week for quite a few weeks then had to stop temporarily due to my work schedule then more than 1yr later received a letter threatening to send me to collections if I didn't pay an additional $75 per day that I had been treated. I hadn't gotten the agreement in writing so I paid this bait & switch scam to protect my credit. The dr was very nice & professional I had intended to go back when my schedule lightened. read more

Prepare to wait for more than an hour if you're a walk in patient. They accept walk ins but man, it's such a long wait to see the doctor. Took me an hour to get seen. It's better to make an appointment to avoid waiting for a long time. The staff are very nice and accommodating. And they offer military discount after your first visit. Discount don't count on the first visit. I saw Dr. Bursey after an hour and she did a great job. She cracked my neck and I instantly felt the relief. Headache gone. Just like magic. My husband used to go to a different office before Dr. Durso started her own practice. That's where he found her and she is the only one who has ever been able to relieve the really bad pain in his hips/lower back. And she's also the only chiropractor who was able to pop his neck. Luckily we found her new practice and we won't be going anywhere else! Other doctors he's seen just do a few positions and tell him to come back. Dr. Durso actually takes the time to figure out what's hurting, do what she needs to, and asks if it has helped. If it does, great! If not, she tries again rather than telling us to come back in a week. She's extremely kind and polite. And she cares about her patients. I was visiting my daughter in North Las Vegas when I started having severe back pains. I hadn't been to a chiropractor in many years but had to try something. The folks at Durso were great! They were very caring and friendly. After my initial treatment I felt much better. Tge next day the pain returned. I went back to Durso and they got me into treatment again very quickly. I had twisted a nerve and had tremendous pain to the point I could not walk up or down a step, shooting pain through my leg, I was pretty messed up....so I remembered that there was a chiropractor at the salon I goto (Amnesia Salon & Spa), I was nervous but the girl who started my treatment made me fill very at ease!
