She listened when I was having a hard time mentally and pushed me physically to recovery. She'd often have to stop and remind me that I was only XX days/weeks post surgery. Very hard to be patient. This surgery is the hardest thing I've had to endure, physically and mentally, in a long time. She was amazing, patient, caring, VERY knowledgeable of the body, she does not cut you any slack (which I loved), and always had some funny story to share. :) Not all Physical Therapy is created equal... but I can assure you I received the best care here!

PT Professional provides outstanding care with one-on-one attention. Prior to going to PT Professionals I had been going to a different physical therapy group on Merritt Island. PT Professionals is so superior to this other group. I have been treated by several of the therapist and all have been very professional and skilled. Normally Chardae is my therapist. She is very caring and knowledgeable therapist and I always feel much better after a session. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various physical therapy techniques. I most recently have been treated after surgery on my shoulder. PT treatment started the day after the surgery. She has me perform various exercises to strengthen the shoulder. She manipulates the shoulder to allow for more range of motion. My favorite acitivity is when she massages the shoulder. It feels so amazing. She knows just what to do to make the shoulder feel better. She is a very skilled and professional therapist. While having treatment I have watched while therapist provide other patients therapy. They customize the treatment around the patients problems and abilities. Over time I have seen these other patients continually improve. If you live in the Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne or Viera area and need physical therapy I highly recommend you go to PT Professionals in Viera.

Over about 6 weeks we were able to take me from being so sore that I spent most of my time on a heating pad to having almost zero pain and a LOT more flexibility. Bottom line, I went in broken and came out a lot better, with the tools to keep improving. PT Pros rocks!

I've been a patient at Network Wellness Care for 3 years. Since I have spinal fusion between L4…read moreand L5 and bilateral total hip replacements, my treatments there are a necessary part of my health and mobility. About two weeks ago, I tore my latissimus dorsi muscle thanks to a hard, sudden lurch while riding on the 1 train. The pain on the left side of my back was unbelievable, so much so that I had trouble even breathing because of the body movement it involved. After a week of recovery which included muscle relaxants, I had to go back to work. Immediately, the pain was incapacitating. I asked Dr. Suzanne McBride if she could see me (stat!), and she gave me a therapeutic massage which also included a network treatment and reflexology work. When I entered the office I could barely walk and, amazingly, I have been 99% pain free for almost a week since seeing her. In addition to the skill and beautiful intention which is abundant in her network chiropractic practice, Suzanne is also a trained (and gifted) massage therapist, and she studied reflexology in China. She used all three healing methods to restore my health and mobility, for which I'm very grateful. I highly recommend Dr. McBride and her SoHo Network Wellness Care practice to anyone seeking wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Not only is Suzanne's heart-filled, holistic work wonderful, but the office and the community is refreshing as well. Jill Good

I was very disappointed with this office! The staff overall are great, but the plan of treatment…read moregiven to me was a clear attempt to bill my insurance as much as possible between both this office and the Duek Spine institute. The doctor was aware I had reached my out of pocket maximum. I just moved to this area, and I know I have a herniated disc, and the MRI done already to prove it. I have done physical therapy, I have done a lot of masseuse and chiropractic work, and I came in to this office SIMPLY to get an adjustment. I was not in agonizing pain, I wasn't seeking out this type of treatment, just wanted to get adjusted. I was required to do an initial consultation before getting adjusted, fine.... but then the doctor put me on an 8 week physical therapy regiment and gave me a referral to go get injections at Duek. Even the staff that was doing the physical therapy with me didn't really know what to do with me.... Long story short, Duek required me to have 3 visits another MRI, and X-Ray, all before telling me that to facility to get the injections is located else where and my out of network cost would be about $4000.00! I checked and they had billed my insurance a ton for all these visits and MRI etc... So I spent weeks between both of these offices and got NOTHING out of it! I never even got my back adjustment done! When I called back just now to cancel all further appointments and express my disappointment the woman on the phone didn't want to hear anything about it, kept cutting me off, then randomly said "I have another call coming in" and switched off the line! Dr Frye sadly ruined the use of my hand and my career as a vet nurse…read more After his botched my surgery, I have had to have 2 further surgeries for correction from his shoddy work. I went to Jewett Orthopedics in Orlando for repair of his work. I would go anywhere but to Doctor Frye. Brief History: I saw Dr Frye for cortisone shots in a failing pip joint, he recommended finger pip surgery as shots were not working. I informed him I would like to have joint replacement but he insisted it was not possible, which many doctors since then have said that it was totally possible. This was his first lie. Next, was the condition of my finger post surgery as it came out leaning to one side badly plus it was excruciatingly painful. In addition, I found out that he also injured a tendon in his surgery and never told me. It had to be repaired as well in a further surgery, and when I complained to him, his words were "Well I thought I got it straight". He sent me to hand therapy and the therapist commented on the poor surgery result. As a result they tried to splint it straight, 3 times. That didn't work, it was painful to try and they even splint to go leaning it the opposite way! And he did not stop there as he then told me I had to pay for it to be corrected from his shoddy handy work and even offreed to cut my finger off! That is when I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! To correct his shoddy I had to have a pin inserted the length of my finger, down the bone in my finger for over 6 months to repair the tendon. Also, the fused joint had to be re-broken and a long plate was inserted. Then another surgery to remove the plate. To this day, it is still painful and hard to even use. (2 years on). I cannot use my finger for work or life in general. I cannot grasp my hand. I cannot use it without residual ache for hours, and a burning sensation, and I was only 59 when he did it. In conclusion, sadly all I can say is he didn't care. He turned on his heels, as after I begged for help, he just said well we can "cut it off" and then he walked out of the consult room. I'll bet this would be different if it was his botched finger surgery! My career and life was assisting in surgery with the animals. Now I can't even fill a syringe. Lastly, once you remove a joint you cannot ever replace it. Be very careful to ever remove a joint as it's irreversible, so I suggest you consider a replacement joint instead. Please research people! This surgeon may be kind to other people but he destroyed my daily life, cooking, cleaning, writing, carrying.,but most of all, I can never work again properly.
