The entry has two small fridges with waters and juices plus a variety of cookies and snacks for when you leave. I ate some beef the day before and hours ahead of going in, and I passed my iron test. The interview was done, and I was able to select where to lay as my blood was taken. Wonderful experience was due to how professional and friendly everyone was.

Than I had the paper work and said no your wrong his eye blows went up and he yelled security and slammed the door as he was leaving the room. I looked at the portal notes and everything was a lie. He didn't even examine me. As I was leaving I told him he had the God complex and yes I said be a man and come out side with me in a soft spoken voice. Maybe he's still madd about his 2 million dollars medical malpractice case up north where he had to leave his home state and practice medicine in Florida. The man's a demon I seen it 100%.... Godbless him he needs it ive prayed many times for him. The lady at the window asked my name and asked for my id and ins cards. Then she told me to take a seat. I sat and waited until 3:15. Then I went to the window and asked if I needed to reschedule since I hadn't been called yet. She asked my name again and when I told her she handed me a folder of paper and told me to fill it out. I filled all of it out in ten minutes. At 3:30 the physical therapist came out and called me. I told him about my experience. He said my appt wasn't until 3:30 and we were right on time. It has been a journey dealing with Alzheimer's, but having the staff at Mission Oaks by my side has made this difficult time easier to deal with. I've learned so much from them and adjusted as we go along. The food is great! The Activities are wonderful and the activities personnel, Danielle and Nora are beyond great! Their trips on the bus are especially meaningful now that Mom can't walk on her own. It's so wonderful for her to get out and see horses, the countryside and to go out to lunch once a week. This is the one that is located next to the Brownwood Hotel and also... just for reference... Wolfgang Puck restaurant. There is also a Starbucks in the very near perimeter. The ladies that work at Lake Medical Imaging (Brownwood location) where extremely attentive to my mother as they got her ready for her CT scan. For the first time ever ... I didn't mind "hanging out" in the office there while I waited for my mother to finish her CT Scan.

All the staff here are very professional and knowledgeable, I worked with Tracey, Kimberly, and Lake, and learned many new exercises, techniques, and stretches from each of them. All the staff are courteous, friendly, and responsive. I've seen several PT clinics since being diagnosed with MS several years ago, this is one of the best clinics I've been to.
