I communicated with Shirley through Yelp, and she was very responsive and provided me with pricing and all the information I needed right away. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made everything even more convenient. The service I received from start to finish truly exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy with my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this shop!

Inside was filthy, bad communication about having to keep my car for weeks, just horrible customer service 0/10. Repair Pal needs to discontinue them for warranty issues. Also, his response is hilarious & 100% FALSE. After the horrible interaction, I literally said I'm not leaving my car here and left to find somewhere else. 10 out of 10, would recommend this shop…read more The team was extremely helpful and took my son's Jeep in for about a week while they worked through a persistent error code issue. They put in a lot of time and effort trying to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing it. I honestly believe part of the issue may have been a low-quality no-name battery with poor reserve capacity that was causing false or inconsistent error codes, which made troubleshooting more difficult. Even with that complication, they stayed patient and worked through it methodically. They were able to narrow things down and make solid progress on identifying the issue. Overall, this is a great team that does quality work at reasonable prices. They are very transparent, communicate well, and clearly take pride in fixing problems properly. I would absolutely go back and use their services again. In fact, I'm going back tomorrow to have them run another diagnostic now that we've replaced the battery with a higher quality brand, just to confirm everything is resolved. Very satisfied with the experience overall.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

Mike answered the phone and made my 2 pm appointment. First off, you should know that this place is a HOME. Dude runs the business from his home, and I'm sure he's certified, licensed and all that, but it was pretty awkward pulling up to a neighborhood. Once I parked on the driveway, I rang the doorbell on the front door and Mike came around the garage. I explained what the issues were and he said he would call me to let me know what needed to be done if anything. I do appreciate the fact that they thoroughly assess your vehicle and call to give you an estimate before performing any work. I was desperate to get it done because B.B. is my only ride. I don't have the luxury of switching vehicles like some people do (maybe one day again.. lol). I ended up walking home since it was literally a few blocks away and they didn't have any kind of lobby or waiting area. Mike called within a half hour to tell me he didn't hear the brakes squeaking and that they were fine. I also mentioned the oil change and when he gave me the estimate, my jaw kind of dropped to the floor. He quoted me over $200 for the oil change, air filter and cabin filters changes. I'm not auto expert, but that seemed pretty damn high. I get that I drive a V8 but daaaamn!! At that point, I didn't gaf because I had to walk in the slight rain to get it back. I wanted it done so I approved it and he got to work. He and his associate completed the work in about 45 minutes so they are quite efficient! I was satisfied with the work, but I won't be returning. I know I can do the filters myself but like I said, I was just wanting it all done in one stop. Also, to note, they are moving out to I believe East Mesa I think it was. I overheard him telling another customer as he was leaving. I'm not sure if he has overhead costs but even with the military discount I asked about, I still paid $240!!! Smh. If $120 for labor is standard for having my vehicle for under an hour, then I guess there's value in what I paid?! Oh well, it is what it is and the work was done well. Lesson learned. Damsel in distress will do research and plan accordingly for my next automotive needs.

I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

After stellar Yelp reviews (4 plus) guided us to AMC, paid over $3000 (for a broken serpentine…read morebelt, AC belts, new radiator etc., with all parts warranted per AMC). Confident and relieved we'd found a "go to" mechanic in Phoenix, one month later the car began experiencing intermittent power steering outage issues. Our son (in college and alone far from home) immediately brought the car back in, but AMC essentially refused to pop the hood, or otherwise even look at the car "unless the driver could replicate the issue". Two weeks later power steering and AC completely failed on a busy highway (due to a leaking radiator hose that ultimately fried the alternator). Paid an additional $800.00 (plus towing) to a competitor to fix what AMC should've caught. Also, AMC hours are now M-Th and of course this emergency happened on a Friday. First time Yelp has led me astray. 9/9/2026 - Owner Gilberto immediately reached out on Yelp below apologizing and asking for submission of additional repairs documentation to handle the case "fairly". To be fair, I did not go into specifics of prior phone interactions with Gilberto - owner - after the car was first towed to AMC and the had to be retowed to another shop due to AMC's inability to handle after hours emergencies (eg., no closed parking, nor key drop or other available). While all calls with were professional and courteous, Gilberto was ultimately unhelpful and disappointing (leaving us with limited options). The fact that AMC refused to do anything after the car was brought in by our son (for scary warning signs similar to the original problems) just prior to a catastrophic (towable) failure on a busy roadway is what is unacceptable. Not saying AMC is a bad business, they just really blew it. For minor car maintenance (oil changes and tire repairs) AMC is probably great. For major car repairs go elsewhere in the valley, please.
