Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

Scott, Tom and everyone else at this Automotive shop has been phenomenal. Trustworthy timely such a rare business to find these days. I will continue to bring all of my cars to Sundland! For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

Good works said it was a battery sensory that was wrong costing me over $600 dollars and a couple of days later my starter went out. They estimate was $1,000 dollars and the starter itself was $700. I had to go and research a fair price and was able to get it down a little, but with labor and SHOP Fee's it was almost the same price to fix. I Will never go back to the this place as the advertise to be a family shop and there prices are very high for all parts and labor. It left a very bad taste in my mouth as i had to spend over $1,400 dollars of repairs and the first battery sensory repair was not even needed. Go at your own risk Rob
