I had an awful experience this escrow office was extremely unprofessional and rude. Nancy and Jessica are impossible to get ahold of until you include there supervisor, Harout (he wasn't any better, no follow up or anything) - they are both so mean and have such bad attitudes. Don't ask them any questions because they won't give you any information and make you feel like you don't know anything. However, whenever something was needed from me, you'd bet they email me and call me until I met their demands. Ruby from One Key Escrow is the worst (by far) escrow officer that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am a real estate professional. Unfortunately the seller chose One Key as their escrow of choice. Both myself and the listing agent both regret this decision by the seller, but they apparently knew someone there. Ruby was unprofessional, doesn't appear to know what's going on, is unable to explain simple concepts to people, and doesn't get things done in a timely manner. She is unable to complete a 20 day, cash escrow, in even close to 20 days due to blatant incompetence. My first priority is my client - so having them upset by her lack of professionalism and timeliness was concerning. Besides this fact, though, Ruby thought it appropriate to blame me for her mistakes by sending me an email pointing the finger and extraordinarily thought it acceptable to CC my client in the Email.
