For apartment searches, they offer a couple of options: 1) You can sign up on their website to access listings on your own. or... 2) They also offer a concierge service, where they take inventory of your specific needs and wants and then do a customized search for you, which includes setting up walk-thrus, handling paperwork, and basically taking charge of all the less-fun aspects of looking for a new apartment. Their concierge service is made up of a team of people who each cover a different area of Los Angeles. For the area I was looking in, I was assigned a terrific, friendly dynamo named Itza Campos. She took great care of me every step of the way, serving as a sounding board (and even a therapist at times, lol) as we considered various apartments, before landing on just the right one. It was a true pleasure working with her and I really can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me! TRG concierge service isn't inexpensive -- it's equal to the price of one month's rent on your new apartment -- but I have to say that I consider it money VERY well-spent.
