Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property. They were here the entire day, measuring my irregular block and area. They were so very nice, and very diligent with their accuracy, marking the areas they were able to mark, along with verifying the existing, and very old, markers on the sidewalk. I even found out that my neighbor has about 1/2 a foot of my property in the back, and 13inches in the front. It is a great relief to know where my property lines truly are. GMON did a fantastic job.
