I'm looking to buy another home and the other escrow company couldn't even get our email addresses correct. Since I was the buyer, I didn't have the choice. I sold my home and from the first day it went into escrow, Adrian and Gloria both called to introduce themselves. They were awesome, very truthful, provided excellent service and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an escrow company. They made it easy. Thank you!!! read more

Chloe Young - Hands down the best escrow officer I have ever worked with and I've worked with many.. I was in a rather rocky deal and she guided my buyers to the finish line. Without her this deal would not have closed. She was an all star at meeting all of our deadlines and she also stepped up and shared important skills when it mattered most. She caught some early details in the prelim that, if not caught, would have blown up the deal. A few of MANY positives: -In depth discussions with my buyers, explaining complicated sitiations. -Same day closing. -Commission wired and received within an hour of closing. -Always available to chat over phone, text, email. -Incredible attitude. -Above and beyond in communication with all parties. I don't see myself working without her in the future. She was our greatest asset in this deal. read more

I recently had the privilege of working with Chloe Young again on two transactions with my fave escrow company, IVE. Having worked with Chloe at her previous escrow company, I was so happy to discover that IVE had added her to their incredible team of officers. Chloe is the consummate professional with not only the parties of the contract, but with us support staff as well. We TC's love phenomenal Escrow Officers! She not only manages the transactions escrow needs timely and thoroughly, but her experience affords her the abilitly to resolve issues as seamlessly as possible. This is really important because issues almost always come up, at no fault of the Escrow Officer, but it is certainly nice having a competent Officer who knows exactly what to do and just does it. More times than not, this makes not only my job easier, but it certainly makes the parties grateful to have such a great team working on their behalf. read more
