Lina Choi (and Erik Okland) is exactly the type of person you want handling the escrow process. They are ON TOP of everything. Lina was our main contact throughout the entire process and she is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy. With Lina, we could always rest assured that any given task (of which there are many during escrow) would get done correctly and promptly. No matter how small of a detail, she had an eagle eye for everything. Whenever we had any questions, she'd reply to us instantly.
