And when I confronted him regarding this there was no response. They use a number that's not associated with this agency. But you've been found and I'm not the only one writing about this. I would never use your services and I would tell other the same! Side note I did use this company years ago when I lived in studio city They listed and sold my condo. And I had both but problems with them. Very inexperienced and had numerous issues that we fought over. I have since bought and sold dozens of property all over the country and have never had a bad experience as I have had with these people! Very unprofessional! And only care about money! Thought this was a great realtor brokerage to use for my family's new home, but I am glad I never signed any papers with their realtors or home loan officers. The realtor we initially thought would be a great choice, because he was very understanding, seemed to know what we were looking for/could afford, and had a great attitude really showed he's not so nice after all. We had a meeting via phone today and not only did our realtor lie to my wife, he started getting arrogant/aggressive towards her when she was asking questions. Next, his loan officer is very anti-veteran, refusing any and all veteran's loan options we asked about helping us with for the purchase. Glad no paperwork was signed, because Daniel and Mark have a lot of growing to do, and lost out on a sale due to their terrible attitude and business practices. read more

In all good faith, I cannot recommend this office for any rental property. Back in December 2018, I applied for an apartment in Sherman Oaks. Was told that there was only 1 person ahead of me. I was very clear that if this was one of those "collect all the applications/fees you can" type of lottery rentals that I was not interested. Jonathan Cortez, the agent (who was on his phone most of the time he was "showing me the unit"), assured me that it was not. After almost 2 weeks of waiting for a response, with intermediate responses telling me that the owner was still processing stuff, I was told that the owner went with someone he knew. I promptly asked for my $40 application fee back. The request was denied, claiming that they had already run my TransUnion report, and that I could have a copy if I wanted. This is a very bad business practice. Since I had an over 800 credit score and ample income to qualify, that should have been a slam dunk. But instead, they hung me out to dry for two weeks, and kept my $40. Buyer beware!! read more

I applied for an apartment rental from Tom Hernandez and had a terrible experience. I was told by his son that they would make a decision on my application in 24 to 48 hours. It took them much longer than that and then they declined me because I didn't give them my bank account number and balance, which is private information and none of their business. I did prove my income but they wanted more than what is reasonable and legal. Definitely an invasion of privacy which there are laws against. read more

I will never use this company for real estate. I have a RE broker. It isn't them. I have been open and honest, telling these people it is not them. It will never be them. However, they persist in contacting via flyers, leaving literature at the front stoop, empty "donation" bags for their charity, and mailings. Leaving flyers at the front stoop makes it look like no one is home, which can result in a break-in. I filed a Better Business Bureau report, asking for all of this to stop a few years ago. It hasn't. If you want to be harassed to death, then by all means, go ahead and use them. I have to provide one star in order to type this warning, but they don't deserve that. I've gone in person multiple times to get this to stop, also. No luck. Maybe now, going public, this will help -? read more
