I hired her to to list my rentals for lease. The listing wasn't even one week old and I wanted out of the listing because her response time was three or four hours later after I would send a text and we were worried about she would not take care of people that would be responding on Zillow.. She made excuses. I had to get out of the listing because I was worried about not taking care of us . She gave me a hard time I had to go to her broker to get out of the contract that was one week old she spent no money on anything The general contractor that was building my ADU's said we missed the inspection because she went off with the keys without permission and he tried to get a hold of her and she was not responsive and I missed the inspection and that was the last straw for me Good luck with her she breaks the fiduciary and speaks negatively about her clients. Yelp removed my previous review of Tammy Jerome because it didn't "contain enough information". I didn't want to run a smear campaign, but if you need more info, here goes: My home-purchase was one of the worst experiences of my life. After we found a home to buy and asked Tammy to rep us, we had to sell our CURRENT home before we could buy another...tammy encouraged us to short-sale or just declare bankruptcy. In light of that, we got someone else who EASILY sold our home. Tammy yelled, she shrieked, she lied. She doesn't know how to deal with people. We asked her not to call us on the day of my Aunt's funeral....so she called about 20 times and left shrieking, yelling messages about us not picking up the phone, when she had been warned and her questions were NOT IMPORTANT. She didn't tell our seller that our purchase was contingent on us selling our previous home. We thought everyone was aware of all of the facts. When we found this out, she blamed US and said she was going to sue us and that our sellers would sue us too. She tried to encourage my dad to liquidate his retirement assets to pay for my home (I could pay him back later! When I sold my current home!...she said). It was thing after thing and it was UGLY. We bought a house with Tammy Jerome in 2014. In 2017 we got a divorce and in 2018 we had to sell our house. A beautiful house in Sherman Oaks hills close to Bel Air. Tammy advertised the house as a " fixer", failed escrow twice. We really had to sell the house as due to divorce the beautiful house was going to foreclosure. At the court hearing, the judge ruled that Tammy Jerome be terminated and another real estate agency was appointed to represent us. Tammy refused to sign the termination contract, prolonging the wrong description of the house on the market and house heading to foreclosure. Several attempts have been made trough Tammy and her Broker, Coldwell Bankers , who acted unethically and unprofessional, refusing to remove the listing from the market and surrender the keys. I would give zero points to this agent if I could. I highly do not recommend Tammy Jerome as a real estate agent, is been a nightmare working with her. read more
