Selling my home was a deeply personal and emotional process, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Stefanie Pollack by my side. From the very first conversation, I knew I was in the hands of someone who not only understood the housing market inside and out--but someone who genuinely cared about me and my experience. Her knowledge of both the broader real estate landscape and the Burbank market specifically is extraordinary. Stefanie walked me through every shift, every rate change, every question I had with such clarity and reassurance. She made a complicated process feel understandable and manageable, even from afar. But what truly meant the world to me was her concierge-level care. I wasn't in the same state while selling my home, and Stefanie handled absolutely everything--repairs, staging, showings, vendor coordination, and a thousand other details I didn't even know to worry about. She managed it all with so much grace that I felt an overwhelming sense of relief, trust, and comfort throughout the entire process. Her pricing strategy and negotiation approach were masterful. She combined data, intuition, and experience in a way that made me feel completely confident every step of the way. The results far exceeded what I hoped for. Stefanie's sense of humor made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Even in the more stressful moments, she knew how to keep things light, positive, and human. Stefanie isn't just a realtor--she's a true partner, a guide, and someone who shows up with her whole heart. I would recommend Stefanie Pollack to anyone looking for not only an expert, but an extraordinary human being. She is a rare gem, and I am endlessly grateful for her. read more

A couple words come to mind encompassing the experience I had with Stefanie as she sold my home. Trust - She told me how it was and was a straight shooter from the very beginning. We could not be happier that we chose Stephanie Pollack as our realtor in Studio City. We have known Stephanie for several years. When it came time to list our home Stephanie was the clear choice because she knows our neighborhood and local market better than anyone else. Stehpanie had a clear marketing and pricing strategy that she put in place just like we discussed. Her plan worked perfectly, our home sold with multiple offers and over ask. Thanks Stephanie! read more

Stephanie is an amazing realtor! She took the time to explain what it would take to sell our house for the price we wanted. She had us stage our home so that it looked like a model in a new development. She even personally painted the outside back wall. which has smoke stains from too much BBQ! She did Open Houses every weekend until we found our buyer. She was an excellent negotiator, very professional all the way through each transaction, plus she always had a positive attitude! We got the price we wanted and now we're living in Austin- we were able to buy 2 homes with the proceeds! List your home with Stephane- she'll get you results, all with a smle read more

I can't say enough great things about Stefanie as an agent and as a person. Our experience working with her as first time home buyers was above and beyond what we expected and everything that we needed. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She took the time in the beginning to get to know us and our needs and catered to them throughout the process. Stefanie is highly knowledgeable and educated us on the home buying process, thoroughly answering every question we had. Stefanie literally worked for us 7 days a week and was always responsive and accessible. She was so accommodating and patient, showing us houses for months until we found the absolute right one. I knew that she was always looking out for our best interest. She is straightforward and honest and did not hesitate to give us the advice we needed. We trusted her implicitly and she did not disappoint. With top notch negotiation skills she was able to negotiate money for repairs even after we signed an as-is contract. Stefanie advocated for us every step of the way and her tenacity to get the job done was impressive. Stefanie personally accompanied us to all of our showings and the one time she couldn't make it she went to look at the house on her own to be able to give us her opinion on whether it was a good fit or not. Truly impeccable service. Like I said in the beginning I can't say enough great things about Stefanie. "Is buying a house always this easy?" My exact words to Stefanie during out final walkthrough. I honestly think it was because of Stefanie. From start to finish she was knowledgeable, very organized, and completely on top of everything. Being first time home buyers, we asked a TON of questions (and in hindsight, some of them were pretty stupid) - Stefanie answered every single one of them with intelligence, professionalism, and patience. We were given next steps as we needed them so as to not feel overwhelmed, clear instructions on each decision we needed to make and document that we signed, and updates as they came so we knew exactly what was happening. She made us feel like her most important client -- being available and promptly replying to every single text. No detail, no matter how small, got lost in the shuffle. Stefanie helped us find our dream home that I know we'll be in for a very long time. But if we ever need to move, she will be our first and only call! Thank you, Stefanie! read more

Fantastic Agent Who Really Cares Stefanie expertly guided us through a market that was changing by the minute. She kept it real, and gave us the push we needed to move fast. I know she has a lot of other projects, but she made us feel like her only clients, working tirelessly on our behalf, constantly doing open houses, appointments and follow-ups with agents and potential buyers, and coming up with creative ideas to change things up. She was a fantastic communicator and kept us updated on every development, large or small, was responsive to texts, calls, and emails, and has a broad array of knowledge on all aspects of the process. She is organized and detail-oriented. She is tenacious and determined. She is also just a lovely, kind and warm person, who was so gracious towards our crazy kids, and so understanding. She makes you feel safe and understood. I really can't rave enough about Stefanie. She will go the extra mile and beyond for you! read more

Stefanie Pollack is the perfect realtor in every sense of the word. My husband and I just sold our house for $60,000 over asking in one weekend! She gets the job done and walks you through every step of the process. What I love most about her is that she pays special attention to all your needs whether it be going through virutal walk thrus for staging ideas, taking multiple trips to home goods together, or reassuring you with facts and empathic to your feelings. She always goes the extra mile to do whats best for you and your family (including pets!). I'm an extreamly indecisive person and being able to talk things out with has been a God send. She fights for your best interests while always being positive. She is real with you while being respectful and caring. She is the whole package. If I wasn't moving out of state I would ask her to buy and sell every house I live in. Take my word for it, she is the best! read more

Stefanie is very good realtor. I do wish I could find an agent as good as her for my property in Texas. Within 10 days, she could find me a tenant and sign a deal. She is very hardworking, sometimes she help me with a lot of questions in middle of the night. I am very surprised. She is also very easy to talk to and understand what I really need. If you need any realtor in La, go and contact her. You will not regret at all. But you have to remind her regarding the paperwork, since someone else in charge. I do hope she find good coordinator. Good luck Stefanie. I am so grateful to find you. read more

Simply put, Stephanie is awesome! Both as a person and a real estate agent! Originally, my business partner had hired a personal friend to sell the house and it turned into a bit of a disaster. That's when I found Stephanie, through a simple google search and from our first phone call she was on top of it. She showed up right away, having already done some initial research on the property, gave me a thorough presentation on how she was going to sell the house, and after we hired her, she did everything, step by step, that she had said she was going to do in the presentation, until she sold the house, and did it in a very reasonable amount of time in a extremely challenging market! Words that I would use to describe Stephanie are warm, down to earth, professional, organized, upfront and honest, super smart and an excellent communicator! There are more, but I'll leave it at that...you will be happy if you hire her. Guaranteed! Btw, this review was written at my desk, which looks out at the pool, in my new home in Thailand! Thank you Stephanie! read more
