I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Talin during the purchase of my home on Martha. She wasn't just my agent--she was my strategist, advocate, and steady hand throughout every twist and turn of the journey. Talin's attention to detail is unparalleled. She carefully dissected every disclosure, guided me through a very thorough inspection process, and made sure I understood the implications of each item. She caught things others would have missed and made sure the sellers addressed key issues before we moved forward. I felt completely protected and informed, every step of the way. Where she really blew me away, though, was in the negotiation phase. Talin knew exactly when to push, when to hold, and how to structure our offers to be both competitive and in my best interest. She fought for credits where they were due, negotiated strategically for every dollar, and ensured we didn't leave a single cent on the table. Her negotiation skills alone saved me thousands--and probably a few gray hairs too! Talin is equal parts brilliant, trustworthy, and fiercely committed to her clients. She made what could've been a stressful process not only smooth but actually enjoyable. If you're lucky enough to have her on your side, you're in the best possible hands. Thank you, Talin, for helping me find my home and fiercely advocating for me at every step. You are truly one of a kind read more

There are no words that can describe how grateful I am to Talin. I'm a 28 year old looking to purchase a home in a crazy economy, but Talin listened carefully to all my wishes, was fully present and dedicated through our entire search, was incredibly helpful in recommending the best team from loan officers and inspectors. Which just shows that she has been able to cultivate such an incredible team because she's takes so much pride and care to what she does. I closed the day before thanksgiving and I already can't wait for the next purchase so I can work with Talin again (I miss our daily check ins and weekly open house visits). In the meantime, I've recommended her to everyone I know and I 1000% percent recommend her to whomever is reading. I walked out of this experience so confident in my purchase and so knowledgeable (because Talin would spend so much time explaining everything in great detail). Talin is one in a million! Talin went above and beyond for us, and my husband and I couldn't be more impressed or grateful in how she guided us through every step of the process until we bought our first dream home. Many realtors say they treat their client's like family, but Talin actually does. Not only is she a lovely person, she looks out for her clients the way she would her own brother or sister. She is incredibly knowledgeable about things to watch out for when buying a home. She doesn't push the most expensive house on you, in fact, quite the opposite. She and her inspector Miguel saved us from buying a money pit that looked stunning on the outside, but was actually a nightmare on the inside with a foundation that was a complete wreck. We instead bought a house that we absolutely love, that cost way less as well. She spent hours and hours printing city documents for us and knew all the experts we could ever want to help us. She is a fantastic negotiator and knows the best strategies to give her clients the best possible outcome, while staying on good terms and friendly with all parties. She gave us a wonderful "welcome to your new home" present when we closed that emphasized again how much she cares. I can't recommend her highly enough - if you're looking to buy or sell a home, Talin is the realtor you want on your side! read more

I met Talin through a mutual friend and what a blessing she is!!! There are a million agents in Los Angeles but if you are looking to buy or sell a house you should use only Talin. Here is why: 1. She will be right there with you every step of the way so you are not alone. 2. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She knows the markets inside and out. She knows the details of the trade, what to do if you don't hear back from listing agent, how to counter, how to price it right. 3. She is thorough and follows through. Talin is a rare gem that one cannot find in the full light of the day! It is hard to express all of the gratitude and appreciation that I and my wife have for Talin because words can limit and lessen the true color of things. Still, I will try my best. From the moment we were introduced to Talin back in November of 2016 until present, she has showed us nothing but genuine care, professionalism, readiness to do anything necessary to help us find a house we can call home. Always on subject, quick-witted, kind and patient, Talin has always been there for us, tirelessly replying to every text, inquiry and message almost instantly. Talin has a big family including three little children and I am truly amazed and forever grateful to Talin for her time spent on our matters, especially on those countless weekends sharing her time between us and her precious family. This type of care goes beyond expectations! Talin is a strong individual with a gentle heart. Not a single time have we seen her either tired or anything less than positive. She is also a loyal individual who never gave up on the many unpredictable situations and U-turns we had experienced with our offers, escrows and especially with inspections. It is also beneficial to mention that even those referrals that Talin had provided us with, be it a loan processor or a home inspector have all worked out perfectly for us. We use them to this day! From this experience I can confidently state that anyone having the honor of working with Talin as a realtor, can rest assured that she will do the work no matter how hard it will be. She will guide her client through the rocky buy/sell process with nothing less than success, just the way she did for us. read more
