After six years of working with Real Property Management, I have to say that at every turn, they have always made every effort to have our requirements addressed. They also do a great job with getting units ready to rent ( not cheap) but then did a great job getting good tenants at top market rates. I didn't have time to manage it myself, and the Nexus team stepped in and ran my properties profitably. Don't be afraid to talk with him, he listens. The apartments and neighborhoods The apartments I've rented from Vito are spacious and clean. They are professionally cleaned before move in and professionally maintained durning duration of the lease. House calls are quickly responded to and often resolved to within the same day as they are reported with very limited intrusion. The neighborhoods are on are nice and quiet and typically close enough to the action for entertainment and gatherings of almost any type. Vito is selective about who occupies one of his apartments to kept all his properties quiet and enjoyable to live in for everyone that holds a lease. I can say without any doubt or hesitation; I would rent with Vito again at the drop of a dime if the opportunity arises not just in Providence but anywhere! Thank you Vito for making my family's introduction to Providence not only easy but very memorable!

Vito is a responsive landlord. We had an issue with mice (almost every apartment in Providence…read moredoes!) and the exterminator came the next day and we didn't see a mouse again! He was also flexible when I wanted to adopt a small dog, which I appreciate so much! My roommate and I saw a few apartments with one of Vito's agents before finding the one we chose, and all of them were pretty nice, most of them recently renovated, and the prices were reasonable (especially now since I moved to Boston!).
