They have had multiple machines that haven't worked for seven months, Two of the four cheap cardio pieces have out of order signs on them. The facility never gets a thorough cleaning. It is very limited equipment. It has two televisions only one works. I wouldn't rent here. I wouldn't own here.

Everything is always very well maintained (hallway carpets are washed several times a year, walls repainted when scuffed, etc), the concierge services are very pleasant and have your packages ready when you walk in, they host great social events including local brewer tastings and holiday parties, pool, jacuzzis, gym and theater you can rent out, plus garaged parking. Although the prices are creeping up for providence unfortunately, the city as a whole is growing and that is true anywhere. At least here amenities help to compensate that price increase. Not to mention being central to everything-walking distance to the mall or downtown, plenty of guest parking for overnight visitors and a great group of people who are generally respectable in the building.

They are professionally cleaned before move in and professionally maintained durning duration of the lease. House calls are quickly responded to and often resolved to within the same day as they are reported with very limited intrusion. The neighborhoods are on are nice and quiet and typically close enough to the action for entertainment and gatherings of almost any type. Vito is selective about who occupies one of his apartments to kept all his properties quiet and enjoyable to live in for everyone that holds a lease. I can say without any doubt or hesitation; I would rent with Vito again at the drop of a dime if the opportunity arises not just in Providence but anywhere! RentProv gave me the best rental experience I've ever had, and I've rented in many places…read more They were consistently responsive, efficient, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Whenever something came up, it was handled quickly and professionally. Early in my tenancy, I noticed mold in the refrigerator's water dispenser, and they replaced the refrigerator almost immediately. When the old stove and cooktop stopped working properly, they replaced the full range with a brand-new, very nice appliance. When the water heater broke a few months later, that was also replaced practically right away. The maintenance staff were always kind, helpful, thorough, and respectful. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or fight to get a necessary repair completed. One of the best examples of their reliability happened during a major snowstorm. The roads were barely passable, but I woke up one morning to find that my driveway was the only one in the neighborhood that had been plowed. My neighbors were genuinely asking how RentProv had managed to get it done. I eventually purchased the house I was renting, and they continued maintaining the property and responding to issues through my final days as a tenant. They never started doing the bare minimum just because I was about to close. Shannon, in particular, was wonderful--professional, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled well. I would leave zero stars but it isn't an option. avoid at all costs…read more they don't take care of the property, everything you need done will be done late and bare minimum. the "property cleanup crew" they sent was literally an elderly man and his two adult children. they showed up in a rented box truck with one shovel. they then stole MY shovel, and the yard was not cleaned up. bricks strewn about, poison ivy, it was pathetic. I'm a combat veteran with ptsd. I have a medical marijuana card and grow my own medicine. the owner of the building I was renting was fine with it, as it was completely legal. Rent Prov called the police on us, who showed up and told them that I wasn't breaking any laws. They then tried to evict us, even though the owner told us it was okay since the police made it clear it was all on the level. I should also include some pertinents: no one else lived in the building except my mother who rented the floor below us. there are only two units. literally no one complained. also, when they couldn't get in touch with me because it was Friday night at 9pm, they began harassing my elderly mother (who again, rents a separate apartment and has nothing to do with my LEGAL medical marijuana. Lawyered up and they backed down like the unprofessional losers they are. we broke our lease early to get away from these incompetent morons. do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs. the lawyer was provided to me by a veterans organization free of charge. he looked into Brian Weinstein at rent prov and apparently he is WELL known in the legal community as a royal POS.

After six years of working with Real Property Management, I have to say that at every turn, they have always made every effort to have our requirements addressed. Today, we had a situation where one of the staff at RPM went way beyond her duties, and made herself available after hours to meet a serviceman to let him into the building. When I called her, at dinner time, she literally said "don't worry", and ran out her door. This to me is like having a family member there for you, and I was blown away enough to write this.
