I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. However, this year things went south: I got an invoice for their services April 1, paid it April 6, and a week later, they started hassling me for the check. I know it was sent-- I use online bill pay, and sent them a printout to prove it -- but apparently they didn't receive it. Not even three weeks after the invoice was dated, Sheba put her boss, Karen Seiler, on to me, who wrote a series of condescending and rude emails, refusing to take any responsibility for the fact that the check was mislaid, or to share in the pain of the $25 stop payment fee, and demanding I pay immediately even though it was inside the usual 30-day billing period. As a working professional, and a pretty easy going person, it had been a long time since someone had talked to me like I was a moron, or worse, a dishonest moron -- let alone someone with whom I'd enjoyed a good working relationship for years. Everyone I told about this had the same reaction: The business must be in financial trouble. I have no idea if that's true, but if so, it's another reason -- along with not wanting to be gratuitously insulted -- not to trust them with your business. I certainly won't be.

Marc was out of town but immediately put us in touch with Lou to chat. Lou and Kim were able to make it out to the house the following day to do a video tour with us. Lou helped us with the negotiation and advised us on how to make our offer the most competitive. We were up against other buyers and thankfully won out thanks to Lou's expertise. Once Marc was back in town he took over and our texts and calls to him never went unanswered, he always made himself available to answer questions day, night, and over the weekend. Jordan from their office was also a huge help in getting all the more random info we needed for homeowners insurance. He also always responded same day! Working with Ryan R. Ramos the owner of Prime Residential Management LLC LIC#47660 seemed promising…read moreat first, but my experience was far from great. Hired Ryan back in September 2022 as the owner of Prime Development Contractors LLC LIC#47660, to redo my front porch. He quoted a reasonable price, said he was insured and bonded, and got started while my house was already under renovation from a flood. At first, the porch looked decent, but it didn't take long for everything to start falling apart--the stairs, railings, you name it. Plus, it damaged my new siding. The other contractors on site kept warning me about the poor quality of his work throughout the project, but I don't know anything about construction and kept giving Ryan the benefit of doubt. Whenever I approached him with my concerns, Ryan always had an excuse\explanation and I took his word for it. In the end, I was patient and amicable when trying to sort things out, but Ryan kept dodging my calls and eventually ghosted me. I eventually had a home inspection done, and the report confirmed the shoddy workmanship, nothing was done to last or to code. I then tried to make a claim against his insurance, but turns out it didn't cover the work\damage he did on my porch, just sidewalks and driveways. End result? A porch that's falling apart and repair costs that are double what I paid initially. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Ryan or his company. I added images of what was found in the inspection and some other images to paint a better picture.
