Any issues I had were promptly resolved by Drew. Amenities are great. And I now love exploring the surrounding area - minutes to Oak Hill and East Side - lots of arts and culture nearby such as the amazing Hope Artiste Village. There are a few to mention but…read moreone that stood out to me was management looking for anything to charge you with when moving out. The carpet cleaning company (that is mandatory) basically laughed at me for hiring them after seeing the carpet that I asked them to clean...because of how clean the carpet was! All for management to STILL charge me for carpet cleaning saying there was a a spot on the rug. There was not... it actually was immaculate... The apartment was move in ready when I handed in the keys. It's disheartening that this is their culture. Excessive charging for things that do not need cleaning. Bigger company charging people for erroneous cleaning projects; shame.
