Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I went right to their office as I really struggle with online applications. In their office asking .Elissa for help. She said to just follow the prompts as they are not allowed to help me. It asked for my credit card. .Elissa said it won't charge me, just do what it says. When it thanked me for my payment, again I asked Melissa what was going on. Then I got all these fraud alerts. Their website brought me to a hacker website. I had to cancel my credit card. Not only that, but they refused to give me a paper application saying if I couldn't do it online it was not their problem. I left multiple messages for the owner Randall as he showed me the property and never got a call back. Very disappointed with this agency. Kevin and his entire staff; receptionists to the maintenance team were always polite, entirely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure renting from him and it was not until he sold the property that I could TRULY appreciate his complete professionalism, his integrity and his entire demeanor in general. Knight Realty owns many properties and I know he's a very busy guy yet weekly he would personally walk the property to assure that everything was running smoothly. He interacted with the tenants in seeking a quick resolve to ANY issues. His presence showed his care and concern for both the well being of his property and his tenants. Kevin personally and quickly returns phone calls and I can say in all sincerity that in the 8 years I rented from him I never had any issues outside of the normal occasional clogged sink etc and they were always handled quickly and professionally. Knight Realty made regular visits to the property and maintenance personally checked and changed the batteries in smoke detectors, they assisted in putting in and removing air conditioners , they replaced any torn blinds, kept the grounds beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes, walk ways and stairs were always clean n clear during inclement weather. I could go on n on really with compliments and kudos but I hope you get my point. If you are looking for an honest, decent realtor who exhibits honor and integrity this is the place to go! I would rent from Kevin again in a beat and I have recommended him to others several times. In a big city it's very difficult to find a land lord who exhibits the qualities of this agency and they will always get a 5 review from me. They do not care if you have section 8 as long as you have a 600 or higher for a score. The thing I did not like about the place was the realtor Omar he shares other people's information. Omar is Not professional! The manager who I talked to about Omar, and also confused me with this other person. How can you say you are professional if you share someone else's information. What about the confedinality. I definitely don't think there is confedinality since The manager said he was sorry he confused me with someone else. So it shows not just Omar but the manager there too. I would not recommending this place ever or the actual company either. That's if anyone wants their information out with a complete stranger.
