Bill Gehan of Campion & Company is amazing at what he does. If you are looking to purchase ( or…read morelist) your property I would highly recommend that you speak to Bill to get his opinion, and hear about his plans to find you a home that you love, or to sell your property smoothly and professionally. Initially I contacted Bill about a property that he had listed and I thought it was under agreement...but then saw another company advertising it as still available. Bill answered right away about the listing and was apologetic that it was no longer available. He was so kind and helpful when I contacted him that I decided to look at property with him. What a smart decision! Bill knows the neighborhoods of Boston, and can pick up on subtle things about a property that you may not be aware of when looking. Buying a home is important, and having an expert like Bill is essential. He also seems to know ( by name!) 50 percent of the people that he passes by on the street in Back Bay. I have some health issues that have complicated our housing search, and not once did Bill make me feel like a burden. In fact, he made sure to ask the right questions to ensure that I would wind up in a situation that I could stay long term. If you're looking for old fashioned (outstanding) service, integrity and a real estate professional that will be an advocate for you, I implore you to contact Bill. He is not only excellent at what he does, he also makes the process fun, and is a terrific communicator.

We engaged Tracy Campion for the purchase of a condominium in the Back Bay. Our initial negotiation…read morefor the property was conducted over the telephone with her. She did not share her cell phone number with us at any time. Once our offer to purchase was accepted, she made a cameo appearance at a brief revisit to the unit. That was the only time that we met with her. Thereafter, despite my specifically asking for her, she was never available as we moved through the process of inspection etc through to the closing. Any additional communication with her office was through one of her employees. Olivia was pleasant and helpful. Mary was frankly rude to my wife just prior to the closing. The situation became so ridiculous, with less than optimal response from our broker, that I communicated with the selling broker as the transaction moved to conclusion. He was always readily available and took it upon himself to assist as needed. The purchase was completed recently and we have not had any communication from Campion and Company at the time of or following the closing.

Beginning with the initial meeting where she provided a video outlining the process and pros/cons associated with purchasing a home. She is extremely "friendly" "passionate", "sincere" and available [day or night - any time] every step of the way! It is evident to us that she takes her job seriously by going above-and-beyond and truly enjoys helping everyone involved. She literally eliminated any burden/stress one would expect in purchasing a home and actually made it fun! We were so impressed by her experience, knowledge and kindness we switched our financing option(s) to a local bank that she highly recommended. Not only are they also great to work with, we were able to lower our interest rate by over a half point versus the pre-approval option we received from another bank... while saving considerably on closing cost(s). We initially thought we had a solid financing option in place until we connected with the bank Laurie recommended. They blew us away with their financing option(s)/program(s). Laurie then recommended a local company for our home inspection. No surprise that they were also exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. We then accepted her recommendation of a local law firm for our closing. We are scheduled to close on July 2nd, 2019 and are so excited! Laurie is the epitome of "excellence" with an amazing network of true professionals! We will highly recommend Laurie to our family, friend(s) and anyone who seeks a realtor referral. What a great experience! We gained a great "friend" in the process. We cannot thank you enough Laurie! Sincerely, Ana and Jerry Solar

The agency has shown little to no regard for their "clients" and the experience some endure when they encounter an agent as incompetent as we have. Just documenting our complaint alone was exhausting and time consuming. Because it's so long we are unable to even post the entire complaint on Yelp because of its length. All I can say is if you work with this Keller Williams agency please use caution and take your time when selecting an agent. Don't just agree to do business with the first broker that walks out and has the time to sit down with you or possible show you their OWN listing that day. If you do decide to take on business please GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Don't agree to use the shaky at best "Dot Loop" applications, they don't process well and after all the difficulties we inquired using them we doubt the security of the system in the first place! Carlina cashed her brokers commission check for $2,450 equal to one months rent a week before my landlord had even seen a dime or signed our legal lease. She stated to me several times that no one cashes checks unit a LEGAL lease is signed. My bank charged me $140.00 overdraft fee for her early check cashing as well! That Friday when I went to pump gas and was unable too it was followed by a bank visit. When I text Carlina about the over drafting I was upset. Stated that she wasn't a very good broker and from this point forward I asked her not to contact me. I would be driving from Maine to Mass the following Monday morning after requesting a meeting with her boss Tom Heany. From there on he "took" on the finishing touches to my lease finally being signed. My experience with Keller William's has only gotten more surpassing and worse since he has gotten involved! I have reached out to their "owner" Jessica and she conveniently on her way to Hong Kong for several weeks and referred me back to Tom. Who when presented with my six page complaint read it in lighting fashion and proceeded to tell me that he still felt Keller Williams had no accountability for any of the wrong doing or misleading. Its all about their checks and that's it. Clients needs come in dead last. No one is held accountable or takes responsibility for there actions! They are not representing Keller Williams with integrity and leadership that the brand is normally known for. Christina LeBel Taryn Kaczmerek
