I was asked to pay and send financial documents before I had seen or signed a lease, and I was pushed to pay a full year's rent upfront. I was then told I'd need a cosigner with a 700+ credit score, even after I offered proof of funds well above the rent. I was also quoted a credit score and "late payments" from a credit check, but my credit had been frozen at all three bureaus for months and I never authorized a thaw. I declined and asked that my application and personal information be deleted. If you're dealing with this company, don't send money or documents until you've seen the unit in person, signed a real lease, and verified who owns the property. Plus they most likely selling information back home to there family and friends or worse the black market. BE AWARE!
