    This company is with very bad service. We live in Framingham, and Reliable Property Mangement is…read morethe company that manages our complex. We bought an apartment there, and pay extremely high condo dues and fees for the total opposite amount of service and support that we get at the complex. The gardeners come and do the bare minimum, leaving bushes and trees to overgrow carelessly, without attention, and the property management (even though they have been notified consistently, do nothing to help). There is always damage around the property that is never fixed and owners always get pushback to fix their own things even if it is in the contract stating that it is the complex responsibility. The heat is managed by the company at the main office, and in the winter it is extremely hot and losely managed. The rep that we were told to reach out to with any questions, is extremely unreliable and unresponsive - Brad Page is his name... With any request, it is hard to get in contact with him or even an e-mail response from him or anyone at this office; even when asked multiple times to help us with the things we see around the complex. People have called the health department many times for things left carelessly, without any support from anyone. I think this is just the bare minimum of what we go through, but is enough to show the carelessness with our apartments and our homes... I wish they were better and had better people serving us with actual care, rather than just taking money from us.

    The very tone Northborough sets in its support service is highly negative. It is never their fault…read morebut the fault of the vendors. It's managers are unreachable outside of their office hours and the emergency number comes not only with many caveats, but included in the message are threats of fines and banning if one need to ask for help outside its narrow list of acceptable emergencies. They seem to gain favor of the boards but fail miserably to serve the unit owners with any graciousness or courtesy. If you have any say in your association, advise your board to run as fast and as far as they can from this management company. As one who have led property management departments and companies, I can tell you that the petty oppression practiced by Northborough is sadly not uncommon but should have no place in our community. They are disrespectful to unit owners and downright dismissive to renters. They will make our association or complex a darker place than it is without them.

    This company is the WORST. They don't return calls they act…read morelike you're their employee and their maintenance people have zero skills at fixing anything. I am trying my best to get rid of these frauds and thieves. If your condo association is looking for a property management company take a pass on these clowns. We are a small complex in Marlborough and whenever there is a problem, they normally say you are not our only client. They tell you a date and time they'll show and don't show. We pay outrageously high condo fees and get so little in return. I am currently trying to get other owners to join me in kicking these punks to the curb.
