If we could, we'd give him 10 stars!…read more Chris is a wonderful, respectful and thoughtful professional. We stumbled upon him when we were first started looking for a house without any real expectations of purchasing anytime soon. Having previously purchased a house, but not having sold one he took time to come visit our house and walk us through the processes of buying and selling simultaneously. Once we had our hearts set on a place, previously listed but taken off market, Chris worked diligently to get us in to see it multiple times, while dealing with all of our questions and concerns. He simultaneously juggled less than stellar sellers and sellers agent. Chris' transparency and communication skills were fabulous and we truly appreciated them during the buying and selling processes. In addition to helping us buy our new home, Chris listed our old home at the perfect price and we were ecstatic to read all of the offers (over asking) that were beyond competitive in the market. Chris went above and beyond by accompanying us to the closing, when the sellers and their attorney/agents caused more havoc, and gave us a very thoughtful closing present that we'll treasure for years to come. And if that wasn't enough - three months later Chris randomly showed up to check and see how we were doing and had some mail from our former address which he successfully rented out for the new owners. Chris knows the market in South Boston (and beyond) and does a wonderful job working with you where you are in the process and getting you through the process.

We were looking to purchase our first home and Noreen guided us through the process. We soon discovered that it is a very tough market for buyers. Noreen worked with us to come up with different strategies for putting in offers. There were times when we felt like giving up; Noreen encouraged us to keep going. We appreciate her honest opinions; they helped us to make rational decisions in very emotional situations that home-buying experience creates. We are very happy with our first home! Thank you, Noreen!

Noreen was endlessly charming and determined as we threw ideas at her from afar, and relentless in pursuing unusual leads! She was adaptable, smart and a pleasure to work with during this stressful time. Noreen communicated clearly and rapidly through various challenges, allowing us to successfully purchase our dream home! This was seriously amazing, as we started from a point of almost zero inventory. On top of all that Noreen became a real friend to us during this time. She went above and beyond as we approached closing and moved in; showing genuine kindness and care towards our family - of note is that our children think she's wonderful too!

John went out of his way to clear his schedule to find convenient times in our schedule for showings. John actually left a dinner party his wife was hosting to show us the house we wound up purchasing. Additionally, one of the largest advantages to working with John was his previous experience building houses. There were numerous times that we walked into a house and John immediately was able to pick out certain issues that we would have never noticed. I highly recommend John Popp as both a buyer and seller's agent - especially for first time home buyers. Having John on our side was the best decision we made.

He made the process smooth and was meticulous with his paperwork and communication between us and the home owner. Rich made it easy to contact him with prompt responses via text, email, and phone. He was honest and allowed us the opportunity to decide based on the facts of the property not a pushy sales tactic. For homeowners, you can trust Rich to rent your property without a doubt. He represented the homeowner who was unable to meet with us in person due to a medical situation. He was cognizant of her best interest when selecting us as tenants. Rich was respectful, personable, and a realtor who prioritized what was a good fit for our family as well as the homeowner. He wasn't solely focused on making his commission. I highly recommend him to anyone either looking to buy/rent or sell/rent a property. Great work ethic is hard to come by but Rich has it, hands down!
