From my previous experience in the real estate business, I'm aware that a sale is a lucrative and desire commodity; certainly over the rental market. Much to my surprise, Hillary suggested that I keep the property as an investment, and rent out the two units. I intuitively trusted her expertise; and most importantly, her humanity (not necessarily a common trait in business). I took her advice, and in just over six years, my house DOUBLED in value. When I was recently ready to sell, Hillary was (& is) the only agent in the business that I would consider working with. Unsurprisingly, Hillary brokered an accepted offer in less than two weeks, for TOP market value; and we closed in less than one month.
