My wife and I can't recommend Hillary Birch enough! She was incredibly supportive and made the entire home buying process feel manageable. She answered all of our questions quickly and was always reachable by phone, text, or email. She was even available while traveling internationally on vacation, which says a lot about her dedication to her clients. Hillary is a force. She knows how to close a deal, and when it came time to make our offer, she helped us put together a strong one and lock it down. Thanks to her, we got the home of our dreams. If you want an agent who will go above and beyond and get results, Hillary is the one to call! read more

from Michael Quincy, Mass / NYC If you are looking to list your home and property on the market, look no further than Hillary Birch. That is to say if you want a dedicated, intelligent, highly experienced broker with deep integrity and a super kind heart. I first met Hillary about 7 years ago, just a month after my mom had passed. My mom had left me her two family home in the Wollaston section of Quincy. I live in NYC, and everyone & anyone around me at the time strongly advised that I sell the house. When I met with Hillary during this time period, I had expected her to advise the same. From my previous experience in the real estate business, I'm aware that a sale is a lucrative and desire commodity; certainly over the rental market. Much to my surprise, Hillary suggested that I keep the property as an investment, and rent out the two units. I intuitively trusted her expertise; and most importantly, her humanity (not necessarily a common trait in business). I took her advice, and in just over six years, my house DOUBLED in value. When I was recently ready to sell, Hillary was (& is) the only agent in the business that I would consider working with. Unsurprisingly, Hillary brokered an accepted offer in less than two weeks, for TOP market value; and we closed in less than one month. Due primarily to Hillary's diligence, determination to make a deal advantageous for both parties, and her warm & gracious style.; the entire deal went smoothly from the first day to the closing. My only regret is that I don't own a another home in Boston, just for the fun and ease of working with Hillary all over again-:) Additionally, ALL of folks that Hillary collaborates with to make a selling a home successful transaction (including lawyers, contractors, etc) are reliable, dependable, and honest. Deciding when or if to put a home on the market can be a stressful proposition. However, if you're lucky enough to have Hillary Birch selling your property, you will be in the very best of hands. I've worked with Hillary a few times over the past 12+ years and it's always been a seamless experience. She helped me find 2 great apartments, and when it was time to buy a house, I knew I was going to work with her again. She remembered me immediately and made the very stressful process of buying a house less scary. She's so knowledgable about the housing market and gave us amazing recommendations for a home inspector, mortgage broker and even movers. She really knows the ins and outs of the entire process and will steer you in the right direction so you can make smart decisions. She really wants to help you find the home that you're looking for. Hillary is friendly, professional, approachable,  and has a great personality. She's a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend her services to anyone looking for a new home. read more

Hillary is a literal 100000/10. She was so helpful with the process of us buying our first home. After many (and I mean many) open houses, private showings and a two week long break, she found us our perfect home. She was literally the best to work with and she was super kind while doing so. Cannot recommend Hillary enough! read more

Hillary is a godsend. She had our condo sold in what seemed like moments. Sure, it's a striking condo but what really "made" it work was the way she and Daniel staged it as well as her video sales pitches and online exposure. Hillary made everything easy which is saying a lot in the stressful world of real estate sales. From the moment we met to "interview" her for the job all the way through picking up the keys from the closing attorney, she performed above and beyond and we are extremely grateful. Do not hesitate to hire her. She's a gem to work with and she and her team are real pros who know their market. You'll be in good hands. read more

Hillary is THE BEST. Her passion for real estate, unwavering commitment to her clients, partnership navigating the home buying/selling process, her clear, concise and upfront communication, and highly impressive knowledge of the local area & home construction are just a few things that immediately come to mind when I think of working with her! I was ready to sell a home I had purchased a year prior and wanted to move onto a new project. I didn't think it was possible and pictured an ongoing uphill battle but that notion quickly disappeared after speaking over the phone with Hillary. I knew she was the team I needed to help me achieve my goals. We met the next day to view the home I wanted. Hillary helped me craft a great offer that was accepted the next day. We quickly moved to getting things in order to list my place which included amazing professional photos and videos. She used her social media to promote my upcoming listing. We listed soon after and had an overasking offer with a quick close that very same day, which I accepted! I didn't think it was possible but her expertise and guidance allowed that to happen and FAST! Hillary works to create a plan for what you need and more importantly, knows what to do to execute that plan. Next came getting everything that followed to keep us on track for both closings. Throughout the process, I always felt she put my best interests first, continuing to make it easy to trust her in what can be a very stressful and overwhelming time. No question was too small or silly. Hillary was very collaborative and always made me feel in control of the process while offering advice along the way. My new home needed some TLC and she was an amazing sounding board. She was was able to translate somewhat foreign contractor language and guided me with her own experience as she understood what I wanted. Hillary is organized and knows how to get things done quickly while ensuring decisions are thoughtful and not rushed. Hillary's team also reflects everything she radiates. There is no one better to partner with on the home selling and buying process. I continue to sing her praises to family and friends. Hillary's work ethic is unparalleled and I cannot say enough positive things or recommend her more. I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with her. Even after closing, she continues to check in on my new project and offer her help with anything I need. She remains on this journey with me and I so appreciate her genuine heart and soul when it comes to her clients. GO WITH HILLARY! ALSO, she did ALL of this for me while 8-9 months pregnant including giving birth a week before I closed. HILLARY IS A ROCKSTAR. Truly the best in the business! read more

My sister and I manage my parents' two family house in Quincy, MA. One of the tenants moved out in the fall last year and since we live 2 hours away, we needed the help of a real estate agent. Hillary was wonderful. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and even stopped by to make sure the refrigerator could be delivered and the workmen could get in. The place was able to be rented fairly quickly even though it was winter and not an optimal time of year to find tenants. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in that area. read more

We reached out to Hillary as first time homebuyers and are so glad we did! During our first call she walked us through the entire process to determine our needs and then got us in to see our new home before it went to market! Working with Hillary on the purchase of our first home was the best decision we could have made. Hillary knows the south shore market like the back of her hand and treats her clients like her best friends. I knew from the first call with her that she was someone we could put our full trust into. Hillary always made us feel like her top priority even when she's working with multiple clients and was incredibly honest with us throughout the whole process. She's an expert at building relationships and helped us get our offer accepted on our dream home when there were 50 other offers on the table! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. We will be utilizing her expertise again to sell our condo in Jamaica Plain! Thanks again for everything, Hillary! read more

Hillary represented us on the purchase our home on the South Shore. Working with her was a wonderful experience. She is a perfect guide for the area, living and working locally. We were so happy to have a local expert of the South Shore. Hillary knows the processes and was able to guide us without being pushy. She also has a working understanding of construction which helps when going through houses. What we thought was going to be a stressful experience, turned out to be a very positive and productive gain. Thank you for your clear communication and wealth of knowledge. read more

This business the owner specifically Hillary is extremely unprofessional. We rented a property from them that violated MA state laws of not having proper working heating systems, we suffered through the harsh winter with the house below 60degrees when we contacted them they bought us space heaters. The house is still unfinished, windows are all not insulated, so our gas bill is through the roof. Baseboards are half done. Door frames are falling apart. There are feces leaks from sewer lines. Dish washer is broken so Everytime we was the dishes foul water pours out of the dishwasher onto the floor. Rust water comes out of the tub. Trash disposal does not work. The list goes on. After one day when the heating system broke the whole basement went up in smoke/ steam, we called 911. Turns out it was illegal for them to offer us space heater. Till this day our hot water only lasts 15 minute showers. They were going to keep letting us think that THAT was okay. We have a 6 year old in this house I have rented many places i am active duty it is hard for me to write checks, go to the bank and whenever i send out mail it takes longer than usual. All of my past landlords have been understanding. But she is extremely unprofessional i posted a text message she sent to my family and I. Background this is being late 1 month. As a professional, you should never speak to anyone in this manner, she was not My mother to speak to me in that manner. She lost her professionalism when we never lost ours. This is not a way to speak to any human being especially one who is serving this country, as a nurse & in the US Navy. read more

Gary from 3A Realty helped us find and secure our rental apartment in Quincy. He was very helpful and it was a smooth transition!

We moved to the Boston area from out of state and had some pretty specific requirements that made our search quite difficult. When I contacted Gary about the apartment in Quincy, he was responsive, helpful, approachable, and professional. He was open with us about the upfront costs and requirements and saw us through the process all the way to move in. We would highly recommend Gary and 3A Realty to anyone who asks! read more

I was a first time home buyer in 2021, it was a very competitive market for buyers and the support from Hillary and the rest of the 3A team was paramount to my success in purchasing a home. They listened to what I wanted, were transparent to set realistic expectations and came up with creative bids that made my offers more attractive. There were some unforeseen obstacles from the sellers side, but Hillary worked diligently with my mortgage broker and attorney to ensure everything from our side was correct and timely to prevent any delays in closing. I intend to work with 3A Realty Group in the future and have recommended them to my friends and family. read more

Yup, 3A Realty Group rocks. The end. I am a new business owner and I was recommended to use Hillary B. at 3A Realty Group. She was consistent and resilient in helping me find a new place to set up my salon. She gave me statistics about the neighborhood and the area census, that helped me decide if I was going to be reaching my demographic. Because of her, I have found the perfect place for my salon. Her staff was also top notch. Friendly without being pretentious and if Hilary was busy, I knew that my messages were going to be received. Not only that, but I knew that someone from her staff would keep me updated if Hillary was engaged in other business, about my concerns. Its really hard to find a well rounded group of professionals that go the extra mile. I will for sure use her if/when I decide to expand my business or want a home. And as a business owner, she runs her company like I would, with passion and pride. read more

Starting the hunt for our first home, my wife and I had a few realtors who were recommended from friends and family that we didn't have too much confidence in. We were extremely lucky to come across 3A Realty group through a quick google search. After checking out some of the reviews on both google/Yelp, I decided to give Hillary a quick call to discuss what we were looking for. From day one, I felt extremely comfortable with the process, as well as the level of expertise that Hillary demonstrates. Our search took much longer than expected, given the thriving real estate market in the greater Boston area. We started off looking at multi-family homes in the Quincy area, but our direction changed after a few months, and Hillary continued to help us in our search. Although our home search started in Quincy, we found ourselves several months later slightly west of Boston, and finally purchased a perfect little suburban house in Westwood, MA! Although our plans kept changing (as sometimes happens for first-time home-buyers, I'm assuming), Hillary NEVER showed any form of pressure. She answered every single "rookie" question of mine on the home buying process. I specifically remember calling Hillary on a Saturday night the day prior to putting an offer on a home with a few questions that I had. She answered immediately (which she almost always does) and answered my questions, only to tell me that she was at a concert and would give any more detail in the morning if needed! I've told this story to a few friends who have recently purchased homes that told me it was very rare to have such open communication with their realtors. If I could give Hillary and 3A Realty Group 10 out of 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. She is a true professional, and an extremely friendly person. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience, and I plan to both recommend Hillary to friends and family, as well as ask for her services again in the future for our next home should that day come! read more

Wow! The home buying experience was so scary to me until I met Hillary from 3A. If it weren't for her, we wouldn't be living in a home we love so much right now. She is communicative, responsive, professional, and most importantly for me, patient. She understands that the process of buying a home is a really big deal and she doesn't rush you. She speaks calmly and confidently and puts you at ease when making such a big decision. She is not in it for the sale; she's in it to help you find a new home. I will be using 3A for every home buying and/or selling transaction until the end of time! read more

After having had no success with another broker, I hired Hillary Birch and 3A Realty to help lease office space in my building in Quincy. Her company is efficient, reasonably priced, and energetic. She was responsive to calls and emails. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial or residential real estate. read more

I was referred to Hillary when I was looking to sell my investment property and move into a single family home. I'm so glad my client gave me her number because working with her was a breeze. She was responsive, quick to respond and knowledgable. I tend to prefer to work with small businesses and her company did not disappoint. She really knows the investment market and got my property sold quickly with multiple offers. When it was time to look for the single family house I wanted we looked in numerous towns until we found the right one. There were a lot of properties with other offers and Hillary knew how to negotiate to make sure my offer was competitive. I'm now looking at getting a different investment property in Quincy a 3 family and she has a lot of insight and ideas. There are a lot of real estate agents to choose from but most don't possess the skill or care that Hillary does. She teally cares about her clients finding the right place for the right price.
