Muneeza Realty Review…read more We were referred to Muneeza by a mutual acquaintance. From the very first meeting, Muneeza was on point. She visited our home with purpose, told us exactly what needed to be done and why. On her second visit, She gave us a presentation that detailed her entire process. Her team along with Germaine work like a well oiled machine but with plenty of human touch. They were there every time we needed them. We went to contractors which were her referrals (100% transparent and no kickbacks). She provided multiple and we decided after evaluation. They all did a fantastic job. She and Germaine worked tirelessly to stage the house and make it look absolutely gorgeous. In fact we have taken that to heart and decorating our new home much the same way. Our home got sold within 48 hours of open house at above asking price. The open house had 16 families show up which was astounding. I would recommend Muneeza and her team to anyone wanting their home sold. We not only got our home sold but also gained a friend in the process. Our son who wants to work in the real estate space also loves shadowing Muneeza and watch Muneeza and Germaine work their magic!

In general, you don't think much about a property manager until things go wrong, and then you learn…read morewhether you have a winner or a loser. These guys are the WINNERS! - or more importantly, we are the winners for hiring them. The best way for me to describe how good they are is to compare Platinum to our previous property manger is to list all the things they do right: 1. They provide organized and detailed financial statements, budgets, long-term planning in order to maintain property value, and they keep a good eye on the reserves of the future. 2. They have construction knowledge and know what to do when things break. 3. They have a comprehensive list of professional service providers and repair consultants so when things do go wrong, they can call someone over quickly - roofs, elevator, cleaners, gardeners, alarm services, etc. 4. They are able to do the legwork to get detailed bids, negotiate, and oversee projects so that we are using the best service people. They are responsive by email and phone when they are needed. 5. They even helped me source a service person to do some work inside my unit 6. The understand insurance and contracts. The property manager we had before Platinum was disorganized, inexperienced, and useless. Two years into that contract and we knew we need to find another property manager. We have been with Platinum for a little more than 2 years and we are so grateful to have found them. And finally, we are a small building with just 8 units. Most property managers didn't want to work with us because of our size, but we are thrilled that Platinum took us on as a client.

Their neglect of the properties they manage is sad, as Boston has some gorgeous residential architecture worthy of quality care. The good news is that Boston's 311 is far more responsive to concerns! City Inspectional Services is happy to come out to inspect the issues that Henry and Max refuse to treat. It's terribly sad that the maintanence work they do is sub-par, but they don't do any maintanence all that often, so don't worry! I sure hope that the failed inspection notice they're about to receive motivates them to improve their business & professional attitudes. Such a shame it takes so much escalation to get them to manage their property. But they'll always collect that condo fee!

The apartment complex offers spacious floor plans and well-designed living spaces, which have been…read moresome of the highlights of our experience here. The apartments themselves are comfortable, and the property is generally well maintained. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that have added unnecessary stress to daily living. The biggest concern is parking. There is no assigned parking, and despite paying a significant amount in rent, residents often return home to find no available spaces near their building. It is not uncommon to have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk a considerable distance home, which can be especially frustrating after a long day or during bad weather. Another issue is the trash and recycling situation. There is only one centralized trash disposal area serving the entire complex. On weekends, when trash collection does not occur, the dumpsters frequently overflow, with garbage and recycling accumulating outside the containers. This creates unpleasant odors, appears unhygienic, and raises concerns about attracting rodents and pests. Additionally, there appears to be inconsistent enforcement of parking rules. We have observed individuals parking in handicap-designated spaces without displaying the required handicap placards or license plates, seemingly without consequence. This is concerning and unfair to residents who genuinely need those spaces. While the apartments themselves are nice and spacious, improvements in parking management, waste collection, and rule enforcement would significantly improve the overall resident experience.

*this review is for Valerie Foster Filiberto*…read more As a first-time homebuyer, I came to Val with an ambitious goal: find and close on a condo within two months to avoid renewing my lease. It was a tall order, but Val and I got to work immediately, and she delivered! We searched listings together, and Val connected me with properties and opportunities I wouldn't have found on my own ~ she has access to a private network of properties not yet listed on MLS that only the elite top 10% of sellers are invited into, super cool! She guided me through every step, from tours and offers to inspections, negotiations, and closing. What stood out most was how strongly she advocated for me. She never pressured me beyond my budget, welcomed every question, and made sure my concerns were addressed. Val was knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly responsive--often calling me back immediately and sending follow-up emails before we even finished our conversation. My attorney and father were also impressed by her communication and professionalism. Val made an intimidating process feel manageable and protected my interests throughout. We successfully closed within my timeline (even earlier!), and on closing day, she surprised me with cookies and a beautiful jar--the sweetest first gift for my new home :) I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking to purchase a home. she truly cares about her clients and does honest business with all involved parties. I'm so grateful she was recommended to me! thank you so much for everything Val!!!
