When Shannon couldn't get the picture after I explained it carefully 3 times, I gave up, because people who seem "slow on the uptake" are not a good bet. Did not give relative's name or address, or ask her to contact them, or give her permission to do so. But Shannon went and tracked them down behind my back, based on my last name no doubt, and deeply upset them with an aggressive sales pitch. Slow, and sneaky, and aggressively unprofessional. Stay away.

Taking money from hard working people who do you think you are karma watch and learn! . I wish I read these horrifying reviews previously (Google reviews, yelp, BBB reviews) and knew they weren't good for their word but all good I am within my right and will get my $500 back and report these crooks to the BBB and to anyone else I need to, they already have two terrible reports already from BBB. Horrifying! August 17th looked at their 16 Morton Street apartment with Patrick, we liked what we saw. At the whole time the whole building was free pretty much. He urged us to apply which there was a $500 "refundable" deposit I asked Patrick and his partner Kathleen would we get that back. Was told by both by text and email it was. I never heard of a $500 application fee but paid it cause we really wanted to get into the spot as they both told us if we didn't want that spot they had other places free. Cool ok so that's what we did. Then my co applicant read the reviews. So pretty much all they wanted was our money then disappeared on us now trying to keep our $500. We got the approval email on 7.20 and I went on vacation for 1.5 weeks, Kathleen was supposed to reach out to co-tenant Robyn she never did so my co tenant kept looking and we found a place. We told them last week we wanted to see their other place crickets I called from Italy my trip. No email texts so finally this week I asked for our deposit back. Get a text it's non refundable sorry. Excuse me! Kathleen won't take my calls so I called Patrick he picked up, he asked me what happened. I told him Kathleen never reached out to my co applicant we had to find a spot so we found a place sorry your loss if your not going to do your jobs but we'd like our deposit. He laughed and said I told you both it's non refundable which excuse me but is lying he said the opposite to both of us it was refundable if we don't decide to rent from them we'd get it back. Game on cause we will win!

They do not care if you have section 8 as long as you have a 600 or higher for a score. The thing I did not like about the place was the realtor Omar he shares other people's information. Omar is Not professional! The manager who I talked to about Omar, and also confused me with this other person. How can you say you are professional if you share someone else's information. What about the confedinality. I definitely don't think there is confedinality since The manager said he was sorry he confused me with someone else. So it shows not just Omar but the manager there too. I would not recommending this place ever or the actual company either. That's if anyone wants their information out with a complete stranger.
