I wish I read these horrifying reviews previously (Google reviews, yelp, BBB reviews) and knew they weren't good for their word but all good I am within my right and will get my $500 back and report these crooks to the BBB and to anyone else I need to, they already have two terrible reports already from BBB. Horrifying! August 17th looked at their 16 Morton Street apartment with Patrick, we liked what we saw. At the whole time the whole building was free pretty much. He urged us to apply which there was a $500 "refundable" deposit I asked Patrick and his partner Kathleen would we get that back. Was told by both by text and email it was. I never heard of a $500 application fee but paid it cause we really wanted to get into the spot as they both told us if we didn't want that spot they had other places free. Cool ok so that's what we did. Then my co applicant read the reviews. So pretty much all they wanted was our money then disappeared on us now trying to keep our $500. We got the approval email on 7.20 and I went on vacation for 1.5 weeks, Kathleen was supposed to reach out to co-tenant Robyn she never did so my co tenant kept looking and we found a place. We told them last week we wanted to see their other place crickets I called from Italy my trip. No email texts so finally this week I asked for our deposit back. Get a text it's non refundable sorry. Excuse me! Kathleen won't take my calls so I called Patrick he picked up, he asked me what happened. I told him Kathleen never reached out to my co applicant we had to find a spot so we found a place sorry your loss if your not going to do your jobs but we'd like our deposit. He laughed and said I told you both it's non refundable which excuse me but is lying he said the opposite to both of us it was refundable if we don't decide to rent from them we'd get it back. i can see and understand why everyone is angry. i was told by residents in my building that they are very slow to respond to maintenance requests. ok. good: however, i like where i live (Main St, Andover). when i moved in, it was very nicely cleaned. the original pine floors had just been refinished. new coat of paint on the walls. every week (i think) there are cleaners that come in and vacuum the halls. the grounds are well kept and mowed often. it is very quiet except when the windows are open and i hear the traffic on main st. bad: last summer when there was a huge amount of rain, the roof leaked above on of the staircases. some of the acoustic tiles fell onto the stairs and were not cleaned up. (i swept them into the corner.) they were eventually removed. however, the ceiling, there, has not been repaired and is unsightly. much of the lighting in the hallways is flickering. some are just out. i replaced one for my neighbor because she needed more light for her lock. i shouldn't have to do that. i had rented a garage space with my apt. but, there was a snafu and the guy that was in my spot would not move. they weren't as proactive as they should have been. (but, they respected that i wasn't going to pay them even though it was on the bill.) and, YES, the guys at Andover Place almost never answer the phone. summary: i am happy with this place. it's not perfect. nothing ever is. read more

Taymil Andover place runs Fairhaven Concord property! Stay clear as these people have no professional accountability decency or care! I filled out a 50 pg lease and gave a lot of money for move in expenses and had nobody do my walk in with me only given the keys. When I walked in, I was devastated at the apt was broken locks unsafe to live and was dirty! I immediately asked why the apt was not cleaned and fixed before move in. No response or answer why and I didn't even move in, and they are trying to keep my deposit money! They should be fired! Concord should be ashamed to have these terrible people running a Concord property! It was a completely devastating drama that I did not need and have no apt now and fighting for my own money! Insane!! SEE photos! They are not professionals only slumlords that want your money! They discriminate CHAPA programs for moderate income people they expect me to live in a piece of crap for $2,090. Place of living was kept alright besides a few items like their broken garage doors and broken key fob doors into the apartment hallways that were left open and unattended to for months and are major safety & security issues. Nobody will reach out to help you as one of their tenants unless something on their end went wrong and they need something from you, they don't aim to help you in any shape or form but only to their benefit. Communication and management is non-existent, I toured the building and held a year long lease and was never contacted once. I even had to take my tour with gentleman from the maintenance team since they didn't have time for me in their non-communication days. Extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend that you look elsewhere to lease an apartment, especially one that has an actual management team willing to help you. If you value your home and the place you live, Taymil is not for you. Taymil don't bother reaching out to solve this problem, you had a year to do so and yet nothing. Disgusting use of resources and you should be ashamed of how you handle your business. Do better. read more

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, carelessness and irresponsible people in my whole life. They are the WORST management company I have ever rented from. They took over our building in March of this year. They have not cleaned ANY hallways, NONE of the grounds are kept up, mold all around and the ceilings are falling down. They had redone our roof, left razor blades, nails and trash all over our yard and are completely destroying our happy community. They never answer their phones. Their emergency maintenance mailbox is full and they do not respond, do repairs or even simply answer the phone. Their staff is so rude and do not follow up on anything. The walls and ceilings are falling apart. The pictures will tell it all. Taymil- don't bother responding because I can see you respond your fake and scripted responses to all the reviews everywhere but cannot even call your own tenants back. It's disgusting. read more

Don't move here. The employee (specifically Chelsea Collins) didn't like my family for calling her out on her lazy work so refused to send back any paperwork for financial support through the pandemic. Not only that but they refused to show up for any maintenance which was contracted into our lease and the Manager refuses to acknowledge her employees incompetence. The apartments also have black mold and roaches and the "washing machines" and "dryers" barely wash and dry your cloathes so it's a huge rip off. Again DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF. read more
