They did not provide any unique "calculations." I have some questions about how the survey was conducted and information that was said to me. A separate survey crew hired by a neighbor came by the day after our property was staked. They used the markers on our property for a neighbor on the other side of our street-- they asked me who did our staking. It's close enough for building flower beds along the property, but I will use a different company in the future for establishing property lines.

I used them for our renovation project stating in 2018 and waited 1.5 months for them to get back to us with drawings. But even those drawings and measurements were inaccurate! I hired them to do one thing and one thing only. And they couldn't do that. I hired another surveyor who was able yo quickly get me all the paperwork I needed. These guys are a scam. I just saw their reviews on BBB and they should absolutely be driven out of business. Please stay away and find yourself another firm. Even if he did good work, I would still stay away. He's shady and his business practices are unscrupulous. I'll just leave it at that.

He got the job done in the time frame I needed. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is because I had to call and check in with him as to why he hadn't been out yet. I had a one month window to do the work and I called him 2 weeks into that time frame. He was very honest and said he hadn't gotten to it yet, but he would do it in two days. He came through and completed the job in two days just like he said. It was no problem for me to have to call him once for a status check. I would recommend working with Frank any time. His work is good and he is very responsive and responsible.
