Avoid this company! Long story short. I had them replace an old fence of mine this summer because my old fence was falling apart and my dogs were getting out. I had 5 companies quote it and they were right in the middle and responded quickly for my quote, so I went with them. A couple weeks later the were there taking down my old fence and started to put up the new one. They said it would take 2 days to put up the fence and they did the job in 3 days. Now here is the problem, it took them almost 3 weeks to come back to install the new gates. Brian said it was going to be only a day or two and he does not make the gates so he has to buy them 3rd party. Days came and went, and soon almost 3 weeks had passed. Meanwhile for the 3 weeks, I could not have my dogs in the back yard because we are missing the 3 gates. If I know it was going to take this long I would have waited the extra 3 weeks for all the parts to come in. On top of that they did not put the fence flush to the ground. They left a 5" gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence (see picture) The point of having this fence was to contain my dogs and not have them crawl under the fence. When I told Brian this he said he can come by and reset the post but he would charge me for them. Yeah that is right - charge me for their mistakes! After Brian left, one of his workers said he would come back and fix it for half off the price Brain quoted. Crazy Lastly when I talked to him about how frustrating I was about the gates taking 3 weeks to be installed and the gaps between the bottom of the fence, Brain was not apologetic at all. Kept saying how it's out of his control and look at the business he is running at such a young age. Clearly there is a lot of growing up he has to do with his company. read more

(6 foot surround except for other type fencing- attractive black chain link- in the back to still see the woods). When something needed an adjustment, keeping their word, they were polite timely and fully did the fixing (meaning till I was satisfied). The installers got the job done super fast, and were tidy and respectful of my and my neighbors property. I'm really pleased with the quality of the fence materials. The Good: Initially AnyFence crews did a good job replacing our old fence with brand new vinyl fence and aluminum pool fence. I liked the fence design; the crews were very polite informing me the work and hard working. The Bad: There was an issue with the pool gate order so the crews left after installing the fence. After weeks of waiting I didn't hear any updates from AnyFence so I had to call. Sadly there was no proactive explanation why the delay or updates from AnyFence about the pool gate. The Ugly: After the crews finished fence install, we lost power to our pool shed. After calling two electricians they suspect the crews may have damaged the powerline. I was not happy but decided to move on with the project as accidents happen. Unfortunately I never heard a simple apology or admission of possible error from AnyFence. I even offered a win-win solution to remedy the problem but the owner, Brian's attitude started to get defensive. Worse still, there was no updates/messages from AnyFence about the status of our pool gate until I called and asked what's going on weeks later. It turned out the crews were out sick. After they finally came to install the pool gate, they broke the latch without informing me and they left my new fence all dirty without clean up. Lack of transparency and status updates were really disappointing. This project left a sourness in my taste so I would not recommend using AnyFence for big projects. read more

I used Any Fence several years ago and they did a decent job on my beach fence. However, it took them forever to get to the job and finish it. I had to call over and over about finishing. I recently lost a fence to a tree and Brian was going to send an estimate to the insurance company and I was going to have him do the repair work (about 48 feet of chain link). That was in March of 2021. After repeated calls, Brian insisted that he had sent the information to me and to the insurance company by email and mail I finally checked with the insurance company and he hadn't sent it to them either. I have waited almost 3 months, He lied to me and yelled at me saying I lost the email and mail. Surprise.....he never sent it..... to anyone. If you like dealing with someone who cannot tell you the truth and takes forever to do your work, use him. Oh, he also said he'd drive the information over to me last Monday ...... and it is Friday.
