Miller Fence company just completed a large stockade fence replacement project in my backyard. I could not be happier with the quality of the work that Foreman Tim and his crew provided. Tim walked me through the work that was required and insured that it matched my initial request. Tim's crew members were very professional and worked efficiently. At the end of the project, all of the old fencing was removed and taken away from the job site. I would recommend this Miller Fence crew to anyone needing new or replacement fence work. Miller Fence Company installed a large chainlink fence on a difficult piece of property for me. It's perfect and the installers were wonderful to deal with. I got more than one quote and interviewed more than one company and I'm so glad I went with Miller. read more

This year we have been working on a complete backyard remodel. I have had 9 contractors work on the property so far( pool installer, pool heat pump company, metal fence company, retaining wall, patio paver, irrigation, landscaper/ trencher, electrician, and miller fence). Out of all of them Miller fence was the only one that: Sales rep did not respond to my emails Significantly under quoted the amount of fence I would need ( on an extremely small job- only 24 feet plus gate) Had to come out and fix mistakes, cut corners, still finding mistakes multiple times ( example: only using 1 nail on boards, fence cuts at bottom are horrible) Did not clean up after their work- causing 2 nails going into my tractor tires Having employees injured due to lack of training with the equipment they were using (using a jack hammer and was hurt within 30 min on the job) Damaging personal property - downspout ripped off the house, hanging by one screw ..And left like that! Most of the pictures are how the left the job "competed" the first time... I did not think it was fair to pay the last third (so after I didn't respond for two weeks) they said they were going to charge my card that day. I emailed back saying no, and without my authorization, they charged my credit card anyways. read more

So happy with Miller Fence! Rick did our initial estimate and came back to revise it after we got the yard surveyed and changed our plans for the layout. Brady led the installation of the vinyl fence we selected, and he took the time to explain his recommendations for each stage of the installation to ensure that we had the longest lasting and best looking fence possible, which was quite an accomplishment given our oddly shaped plot lines and large hill. We really appreciated his attention to detail and communication from start to finish. Howie, Tyler, and Joe did amazing work alongside him to create the vision we agreed on. Our dogs are loving their new off leash freedom in the yard, and we love the look of the new fence. Thank you! read more

I am a repeat customer and was looking to add a fence that would compliment a midcentury modern house. The Breezewood Weather blend was the perfect product. From sales to installation, the process went very smoothly. The installation team of Kevin, Nick and Pat were great, friendly and very professional. They worked extremely hard to answer my questions and install a high quality job. Everything went as planned and I highly recommend Miller Fence to anyone looking for a quality job well done. read more

I want to thank the crew, Paul, Adam and Tyler for the great job they did today installing our backyard fence! Through the snow, ledge and cold they worked to get the fence and gate just right in addition to fixing an older fence the Miller installed 30 years ago. The yard looks great and it was great to have them working here! I would definitely recommend the team and Miller Fence to anyone! read more

We had a good sized project and Paul, Tim and their crew worked diligently to get it all done in one day. Very professional, knew all our requests, and asked for approvals along the way! Beautiful fence!! read more

Mr. Miller came to my house to give an estimate to fix our fence. I accommodated him at a different time from what we had planned to fit his schedule, no problem. Once here, he started complaining about his "stupid" tenant and his "idiot" problems. He took three phone calls while I was speaking with him about the fence. Then, more complaints about his tenant. Incredible professionalism. Don't give your money to this malignant landlord jerk. read more

I asked for a quote and Nina came out. I received a quote which was almost $22000 over the other 4 fence companies that also gave me a quote. I called her back and she "said went over her prices" and they were correct. I sorry for $22000 or 20000 higher than any other place is crazy. anyone that uses them please get a second quote because it will be considerably less. when asked to speak with an owner they couldn't. business is a ripe off read more

Storm brought down a limb that took out a section of our fence. It was hard to get other fence companies around even estimate the repair. Miller did the original fence and it's held up & looked great for 6+ years. The process for getting an estimate, scheduling, and payment was simple and very well done. Quality of work was great - I simply can't even tell any damage happened to the fence after their repairs, and it was done on time with no issues. A side tip: For those looking at a fence be mindful that Miller, as well as other fence companies I called are booking out far in advance, so plan for a longer time lead time - it's an unfortunate side effect for many home improvement contractors being very busy currently read more

We just had a new fence installed by Miller Fence Company. We got lots of quotes last fall and this was both our best quote and the easiest to work with. They told us we would be first on list this spring/March and they got to our fence EARLY. They finished in less time, left no mess, explained everything they were doing, and were genuinely nice guys. Last week we had a new fence installed by Miller Fence, the entire team from the office to the crew doing the installation were fabulous. Our youngest child has many challenges that made it necessary for us to provide her with a safe and spacious play area and the understanding of our needs and ability to adapt to what we envisioned was exceptional. The fence was installed quickly and looks amazing. I recommend them highly with no reservations. read more

We were looking to add vinyl privacy fencing to our yard, but had concerns regarding the fact that we live on a high water table. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable on anything and everything fence-related and was able to find a solution that addressed our concerns. We had strong wind and thunderstorms last night and there was no shaking or movement. The products used are high quality and made to last. The installation crew got stuck at another job and was running a little late on the first day, so Aaron (who scheduled our install) jumped in his truck and drove all the way out to us to go over the layout so I could make my afternoon meetings without being asked or prompted to do so. Great service! The installation team (Tim and Roberto) were very professional and worked extremely hard to have everything wrapped up before the weekend. All work was completed within the quoted time frame and our yard was left cleaner than when they had arrived. Everything from start to finish was incredibly smooth, I would recommend Miller Fence to anyone looking for a quality fence install without hesitation. read more

We had a great experience with Miller Fence from start to finish. We fenced off an acre in the woods for our dogs and nephews to play. Can't believe I've waited this long to post my review! Our fence was installed last year around this time. We never thought a fence was possible given our uneven terrain but, I have a "problem child" dog and it became a necessity. Every step of the process was easy and professional with Miller Fence, from our first meeting with Kim, through the installation and now our first repair. We get so many compliments on it and I'm sure will enjoy it for years to come. read more

Miller Fence - Never thought a fence was possible at our sloped property on the lake but, Miller Fence came in and showed us it is possible AND beautiful! - Fences & Gates Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Terrible experience. I have never written a public negative review in my life, but must today. Shoddy installation in 2012 and they have refused to rectify it since. Today I was told they cannot repair it "because the problem dates back to the original installation in 2012" which THEY did. I strongly discourage anyone from using them. There is no pride in the work or their customer service. read more

Working with Miller Fence was terrific. The estimator had great advice with all the necessary information. They promised the fence, which created a large backyard for us, would be done by a certain date for a graduation party - and they met the date. Eddie, our installer, smiled all the time and worked very hard leading the install. The workmanship is top notch. We love our new fence and new yard. read more

After a long awaited install date (due to my own inability to communicate and the snowy winter), our fence finally arrived and was installed over three days of pelting rain and less than ideal temperatures. Ed and Elijah were wonderful, friendly and tireless! Our landscape is rocky and hilly but they both tackled it with great success. On some of the sloping landscape they even made a mini stone wall to ensure that no dogs could squeeze under and I found that very considerate of them. They finished up the job while I was away at work, so I never got to thank them personally, so I hope they read this message...THANKS GUYS! I immediately got home from work and let my dogs out so they could run around in a safe, fenced-in backyard, and I can tell you right now - this fence has changed our lives! We couldn't be happier. The fence is beautiful and looks like it has been there the whole time. Again, thanks Miller Fence team, it was always a pleasure speaking to your office over the phone and Ed and Elijah were just wonderful. All around huge success! read more

I would like to say that working with the guys at Miller Fence was a pleasure. We are new to the area and Dakota spent lots of time with us, answering questions, weighing the pros and cons of different fencing options. Dakota helped us fit all of those things into our budget. And the guys who put up the fence Mike and Jim were great - professional and very nice at the same time. I highly recommend this team. read more

Miller Fence was a good contractor to work with. The two gentleman who installed our fence (Jim and James) were very pleasant with great manners, worked hard, and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very happy with them. Dakota and the team where fantastic. Great service and product at the right price.

I wanted to thank Miller Fence for it's generosity! They donated lots of scrap post materials so I could make "fence post pumpkins". These pumpkins will be donated to St. James Church in S. I got a granite post mailbox installed by them about 4 years ago. Apparently the installation spot had a large rock so they just installed the post on top of it so it's not deep in the ground. It barely makes the post office regulations for not being too tall. Then someone broke the mailbox mounting bracket and I contacted them for a replacement. After getting me three different brackets that don't fit even though i gave them the hole spacing they said couldn't get a replacement since the mounting holes are now at a different (reading this as custom) spacing. I asked if they could drill a new hole for screws and was told I need to hire someone to do it if I don't have a tool. So then I asked them to mail me the bracket they had and they said they "have no ability to ship". I guess they are banned from using UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Worst customer service for a simple problem and I would recommend that no one ever uses them. read more
