They have been a TRUE LIFESAVER for me. They have always provided prompt and professional service. With their web portal, you and your tenants can make requests 24x7, and all information and records are available in one place. The maintenance crews are responsive, and all work is reasonably priced. If you are looking for new tenants, there is a RentReady renovation service available to help you decide what work you need and get it done quickly and at a reasonable price. Then the placement service commences with an on-site video tour of your apartment, followed by careful client screening and complete credit and background checks. Most importantly, the Nexus team is honest, open, and cares about providing good service. For homeowners and tenants alike, I highly recommend Nexus!

Benjamin Frink with Badger Realty was a life saver not just once, but twice. I went to Ben after…read moreseeing one realtor who was very unresponsive and just didn't understand what I/we were looking for. I know I didn't make it easy for Ben either. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. To speak even more highly, the first time home we bought was in Connecticut where the agency was not yet licensed. Ben went out of his way to have his broker get licensed there just for us, and spent more time getting to know the area just for us as well. Ben made the experience quite incredible, and I'd be thrilled to use him again and refer him to anyone!

Inessa is ahead of sales and helps Jason with all the other services, she's always there when you need it, she has great contacts for contractors or anything you may need, she found great tenants for my apartments, and like Jason honest hard working person that will take the time to listen to your issues and resolve them. When I sold one of my house I went with Badger , Inessa sold it the first day it went on the market for more than the asking price (and the seller's market was not that great), She followed through with all the paperwork and supported me all the way until it was finalized . I can assure everyone, people like this are hard to find I was lucky, I thank them for their service and excellence I hope who ever reads this may find the help and peace of mind they need like I did. Zero stars. Ana plays games on the phone. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was…read moretold the apartment was available and that Ana was handling my case. I paid the $20 application fee, packed all of my belongings, and made plans to move based on the information I was given. I was then told I needed to wait another 30 days, only to find out that the apartment had already been rented. I wasted my time, money, and made serious plans based on an apartment that apparently was no longer available. What made the situation even worse was dealing with Ana. She was the person handling my case and answered the phone when I called, but then denied that she was the person I had been dealing with. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I want my $20 refunded and I want to speak with a manager about how this situation was handled. I am also considering seeking legal advice because of the time, money, and inconvenience this situation caused me. I would not recommend this experience to anyone looking for an apartment.

After six years of working with Real Property Management, I have to say that at every turn, they have always made every effort to have our requirements addressed. Today, we had a situation where one of the staff at RPM went way beyond her duties, and made herself available after hours to meet a serviceman to let him into the building. When I called her, at dinner time, she literally said "don't worry", and ran out her door. This to me is like having a family member there for you, and I was blown away enough to write this.
