We received e-mails daily of houses that were on the market in the location I wanted and within the price range which made my search that much easier. Finally when I did chose a house, Jackie and Dino answered every questions my parents, my boyfriend and I had regardless of the time of day. They are extremely patient and kind and treated me with respect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They give zero cares on any conditions. Doesn't matter if you've paid your rent on time or kept your unit in better condition than you received it, you're just a number that they can get money from. It's very sad and disappointing. When you talk to the leasing staff to have a conversation they talk to you like you've been a piece of shit tenant and don't deserve anything. It's unfortunate because I've watched how the tenants in my building have left things and I am being treated like I've did exactly what they've done and I have done nothing but follow the rules. I am glad I'm actually moving because I don't think another year here would be beneficial when they nickel and dime you for all things.

I reluctantly agreed to accompany him here, but was unhappy about it. He rented the apartment by phone based on the current ad that they are running. They played bait and switch with him. Who is easier to rent a lesser apartment to then someone who cant see what is being rented?He came here ahead of me when his company said they needed him here soonest. I met him here about 3 weeks later I expected to see what was in the picture. An apartment with lots of light and stainless steel appliances, just a warm place to be. What I got was a dark dingy looking place that I didn't even want my dog to have to live in. I have been here about, on and off a total of 14 months. I say on and off because I throw in the towel and go home every time something happens I went home when I went into the closet to get one of my purses I collect and found mildew on them. I came back was my husband is here. We have 2 air conditioners full of mold and the place is crawling with spiders and other crawly things. I think the thing that will chase me home for good now is one evening I was in the kitchen and I had a mouse walk in front of my feet and then go on his way. Ever since then I have had to wash the mice droppings out of anything that is in the drawer under the stove, or the lower cupboards. Or run the risk of getting really sick. Two days ago I had 3 mice walk lined up, in a row, from one side of the kitchen to the other. The person moved out upstairs from me, and for at least the past 4 days, longer, I have been treated to workers banging, pounding, loud talking and music blaring starting at around 8am. I work nights and have not slept in days I have called their office here 4 times, with no response. They respect the tenants so little that you don't even rate a call back. They are running an ad to rent apartments and my husband thought it was a good deal, and he went for it. But, by the time they were finished with all of the extra charges including charges for things we do not even use the apartment price swelled to nearly $2000 a month. So, I sit here writing this and listening to all of the banging, wondering who will move in upstairs and make it more unbearable with noise. So this is how I feel and what i am going through as I write this. Its not doing me any good now, but if I can make someone change their mind and not rent here, then my review helped. It gave me nothing but issues. Corey came out about a half dozen times over the years to patch the roof. He inspected my attic and determined the last contractor didn't flash the chimney correctly which led to leaks. He helped me when there was ice buildup on a bay window roof. He fixed it all. When it was time for a new roof and gutter system, Corey's quote was competitive with other roofers, so it was an obvious choice going with him. He's easy to email or text and I've referred him multiple times to friends. I love that he's a Rhode Islander and stands by his work.

They were quick to come out and were very kind in assessing the work and offered a fair quote. I liked how they itemized everything and felt they were reputable and trustworthy. I called Corey Ferschhke and we discussed details of scheduling and set the date for work to be done. Two weeks from today. We took the time off work to be available and make sure the work went smoothly. We informed our real estate agent the work was planned and she can move forward with plans. 3 days prior to work, we started to become nervous. We hadn't heard from them for confirmation or anything for 11 days. We decided to call and confirm. -Left a voicemail, no reply. -Next day, 2 days before work start, call, no reply. Text message, no reply. -Called 1 day before work start, a woman answered and told me someone would call back. No one called back. -On the day of start, I knew Ferschke Construction burned us. We had not heard from them for 2 weeks and work was supposed to start early tomorrow morning. That night, at 8:20, less than 12 hours from work time, we get a text message from a random number saying they won't be able to come as planned tomorrow but Monday the'll do the work....uh...what? I work Monday. The first thought in my mind was how much money we had just lost by trusting Ferschke Construction. Money we couldn't afford to lose. Of course we got some hollow text message apology, but does that make up for the lost wages, waste of 2 weeks, and disrespect? Insulting. This was particularly upsetting because initially they seemed like normal, honest people. As homeowners, you develop acute sense of who not to trust and who to stay far away from. But these guys pulled a fast one on my family in the 9th inning and expressed no interest in making it right. My family and I were left worse off by trusting Ferschke Construction. I had 4, old metal basement windows replaced. They didn't saw out the metal frames, like the job is…read moreusually approached; they hacked them out with hammers and chisels, making a "mini-mountain range" of a mess of all the cement sills. The windows were so poorly installed, that more outside air came in than with the old ones. There were gaps between the windows and the foundation of more than 4 inches! They attempted to correct all of this with Great Stuff spray foam---everywhere! The also couldn't even make a wooden frame w/actual 90 degree corners. Each of the 4 windows looked like it was done by a different person. No two were left in the same "finished" condition. On one, no attempt at all was made to finish it. They ordered the wrong window for the dryer vent. They wanted to drill a hole in my foundation instead! (You do NOT do it that way, ever!) Then, they went hunting for a place for the vent, using a 1,25" bit, and drilling straight through the foundation sill. Luckily, I caught them after their first failed attempt. I had the correct-sized dowel to fill the hole, they did not---more Great Stuff? They didn't even have an 1/8" plumber's bit to "hunt" with. I had to give that them that, too! Just measuring would have been a good idea, for starters. They didn't protect anything; left everything in my entire basement wood-shop covered in cement dust---days and days of work to clean it all. In the end, I paid someone $700 (he gave me a big break---out of pity) to fix them as much as possible. He had to do cement work, carpentry, and finish carpentry. At least now, no outside air comes in. Mr. Serpa will talk really quickly and confidently to try to steamroll you into thinking his resolution is valid, when it's quite definitely not. I dread to think of things they may have done had I not been home and watching them, because even that didn't help me! He DID offer, immediately, to send someone to "fix" it. The people who already proved they didn't know how to do it correctly in the first place, are NOT the people who should be allowed to "fix" it, right? I declined. He feels he did nothing wrong. He even brought his town building inspector "pal" to see them after I complained. They came unannounced onto to my property w/o permission. He knew they looked nice from outside, and that was all he planned for the inspector to see. He doesn't realize that the HOMEOWNER oversees a second opinion, not the contractor. The inspector compromised his position by doing it, making anything he said completely invalid. Have had lots of big projects done in the last year. This was the last and smallest of them. Turned out to be the only one that I chose the wrong person to do. BTW, I used to work w/a home improvement Master Builder. I wish I could include pics of that person's bsmt window replacement jobs alongside mine.

We had a custom build for our dogs which turned out exactly the way we wanted it and the company took the time to modify the build to have the doors open straight up instead of hinged so they would not bump into the walls of the room as well as find a material they used for the screens that would hold up to our dogs scratching and jumping at it. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
