He was very easy to talk to and professional. In addition, I appreciated that he gave me real advice and ideas, not ones that would benefit his pockets but rather ones that aligned with my vision and my budget too. His crew came by about a week and a half later on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday evening they were finished (one day was too rainy for them to work). The outcome was better than I could've imagined it and I could really tell that Nelson and his team listened to what I wanted done. I wish I had a before picture so you could see the transformation.
