They weren't the cheapest, but their estimate was very reasonable. The reason I chose them is because I could see right away that Shane genuinely cares, and he did not disappoint. They went above and beyond on every detail. They re-pitched the gutters, upgraded me to Pro shingles, redid all the flashings, and even brought in a mason so the front of the house would look amazing (which it does). Throughout the entire project, they kept me updated on progress and what was coming next. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

They even helped tremendously with the actual purchase of my home and the insurance process (insurers are doubling down on old roofs). Johnny and Keith are both very easy to deal with, communicative and made it clear they had my best interest in mind as the customer. Their crew was on time, incredibly hardworking (they worked approx 16 hours to get the job done in one day), and left my property clean and without nails, debris, etc. When stripping the old roof they found that I had 2 roofs so they got a 2nd dumpster -- but the price didn't change; nor did the timeline. They attached photos from a drone (for insurance, again, very helpful) and they followed up after the job to make sure it was up to par.
