Robert was a referral from my next door neighbor. I saw how quickly they finished the roof a few…read moreyears ago at a competitive price so I decided to reach out for a quote. He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.

From the initial contact through the interview and the proposal each individual I dealt with was prepared, professional and delivered on their promises. They replaced a 29 year old concrete shingle roof in two days without incident. The workers were diligent and skilled. The cleanup was thorough. A company representative contacted each of the neighbors to insure that no one was inconvenienced by the activity. The price quoted was mid-range with competing offers and was the price paid at completion. Scott Perry was very friendly pitching the job and was very responsive while closing the deal, but…read moreonce the work began, things did not go as smoothly. For starters, he neglected to drop the permit off, even though he said he would twice. We specifically asked him to make sure the workers didn't damage the Japanese Maple tree and either they didn't listen or he never told them because several branches were broken off. His behavior was very unprofessional. When we raised some concerns about two windows not being done correctly, he said he would have them redone, only when he came out, he changed his mind and decided to caulk them instead. He never discussed the change and grew irritated when I questioned why he was just caulking them and not redoing them. He said he'd be back to paint the flashing because the job his workers did was sloppy. He said he'd be back on Saturday, never showed. Texted to say he'd be back on Tuesday, never showed and never returned. He cancelled and rescheduled over 9 times and in the process accused us of being "clients you just can't please." His workers were smoking on the job and left a lot of debris and cigarettes in our yard and mulch, a huge fire hazard. They broke a light, which he said he would replace and instead just dropped a light bulb off. He apologized and said he should have been present to supervise his workers. His business practices were also shady. The arrangement we had was 50% up front and 50% when the job was completed. After working for one day, he called and requested $750 more dollars. He said he needed to cover his costs. Having given him $2000 and only having one days worth of work done, it was unclear what costs he was covering. We declined his request and he said he'd be done in two days. I would not hire him again. He was very frustrating to deal with, didn't take pride in his work and when we didn't just walk away and accept the job as is, he began to attack us personally. Out of 19 windows, 17 are fine but we contracted his services to do 19. At this point, as long as water doesn't get in, we can live with it. If you are searching for a contractor, do not hire this company. We were very patient with his antics, it's just a shame that things ended the way they did. All we were asking was for the job to be done right.

Scott Perry was hired to do work for us in North Attleboro...his terms were $900 upon signing of…read moreproposal and $700 due on day of completion......we signed proposal and gave him $900 of our hard earned money,....he has disappeared, phones disconnected and the name of his business is incorporated by someone else and he has no legal right to it ...also his mass license number has been revoked....he had done work for us before and completed it so we thought we could trust him.

In my opinion attention to detail is what makes the difference between good and great work. Mark was great in making sure all aspect of the roofing project moved along, from providing fair estimates, scheduling delivery of materials and attaining proper permits with the city to providing great customer service by being helpful and promptly answering any concerns I had. The roofers were highly trained and very professional, the cleaning crew were efficient, hard working and left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. 5 stars is well deserved.
