Robert was a referral from my next door neighbor. I saw how quickly they finished the roof a few…read moreyears ago at a competitive price so I decided to reach out for a quote. He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.

Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. The morning of the project start you meet the project manager (in my case Jeff R) and discuss anything that concerns you. Crew arrives, dumpster and material get delivered. I came home for lunch and it appeared a bomb went off (in a good way), entire perimeter of the house was covered in tarps and anything fragile was covered to protect, the main house was striped and shingled except for the front portico. My shed was stripped and was going to be complete after lunch. I came home from work and everything was picked up and put back in place. There were a few perennials that were damaged (no problem they will grow back), bear in mind landscaping was covered with a tarp, ladders and bundles of shingles are heavy. The crew uses a large pull behind magnet to pick up nails, all we found was 1 nail = great job. My wife and I could not be happier and can't wait for the rest of the work to be done. On the flip side, at one point, the owners/bosses appear. They were typical bosses wearing clean jeans, pointing, and talking. But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!

(Proposal…read more#16872151) OCI360 Exteriors sent out someone to look at the project (June 7, 2024) and spent a few hours measuring and talking about procedure and policies etc. He gave me a quote within a few hours and even offered to lower it if we would pay cash. He called his boss while we were sitting there, who offered an even better price if we would let them put a sign up and pressure us to agree to terms on the spot, which I said I would not do without my spouse. They sent the proposal (June 18, 2024) and we agreed to terms that day or the next and I signed the contract. They sent an invoice for the first third of the work (June 28, 2024, I didn't see this the first time, and requested that they resent it on July 1, 2024). They sent the project manager out to look at the job (On or about July 3, 2024) and look at logistics. He told me that once the deposit was paid they will file a permit the same day with our town. I texted them immediately after the deposit was sent (July 8, 2024) and my phone rang within 10 seconds. They said they mismeasured the job (two weeks earlier) and it would require $5500 more for them to do the job. This was a 68% increase over the agreed upon (signed contract) price. They asked me how much my other offers were for and I said I wouldn't tell them that and that I expected the company to hold up their end of our contract. I do not think they are losing money at all. After two weeks since I paid and they have still not filed a permit or delivered a dumpster as promised. The project manager texted me today to say that his office would start processing the return of my deposit as they would not do the job unless we agreed to pay 68% more than the quoted, signed upon price. If this review is still posted here, then this matter has not been resolved, and my money has still not been refunded.

Recommended by my husbands co-worker, Michael was awesome to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Prior to the big day, they delivered the supplies and dumpster and on the actual day the crew arrived ready to go! They quickly set up the protective nets around the whole house and then stripped the old shingles, fixed the hole and replaced bad boards. This was my first roof replacement and I had no idea what to expect, but they were done so quickly! They were there approximately from 8-2ish, if I remember correctly. They did a great cleanup job as well. I was going to write a review when this was done a month ago but forgot. To my surprise, a cookie delivery came today thanking us for our business! What a thoughtful gesture and great way to go above and beyond! We'll definitely call on them for our future needs.
