We have had other companies give us estimates for the work, and nobody came close to the professionalism & thoroughness that our consultant (Brandon) showed. He was very honest up front, letting us know in advance the amount of work that would be required (and WHY) to give us what we want. The materials aren't cheap, and were by far the best that were presented to us. We got to see exactly what the room would look like with a visual rendering, and what would need to be done to our foundation to be able to withstand the room being installed. Yes, it was pricey, but after seeing what the alternatives in my area are/were, we decided to pull the trigger. Installation was completed well within the estimated lead time they gave us despite our town being notorious for the amount of time it takes to issue building permits. Watered religiously with sprinklers on timers watering twice a day. "Lawn" would be mowed and workers would move the sprinklers and not replace. The only communication the company will have with the customer is regarding payment. Invoices are not sent until a month past services so you can't review what is being done on a month by month basis. The lawn is now all ant hills and weeds. The owner blamed it on us that it was not watered enough. Yet I paid for fertilizing if weeds and dead grass. No communication from work done on the lawn back to the owner because anyone could have seen this was not handled properly.

Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames.
