I don't think the Rakeem that came to my house-at least 3 times-can be the same as on these other…read morereviews. I had a broken expensive retractable screen. Rakheem came to fix it, couldn't as he had to order parts. Told me he ordered them but then decided early October he was quitting for the season and would complete the repair in March, after my having to call a dozen times In the fall and again in the spring! March came and went. Finally in April he came back to finally fix the screen door, then realized the parts he ordered didnt work or were ordered incorrectly and also he lost my parts that he took last fall when he couldn't fix it...so he said I will order a new door, it will take a week. You guessed, he disappeared again. Now I have NO door! I wanted a door and to pay him for his time but he just disappeared again! Be careful!
