They had been closed for vacation early July but someone would call me back later that day and update me on the status of the quote. It's now September and we have yet to get the call back and have still not received the quote. Very disappointing as we had planned on going with them. Customer service does not appear to be a priority and I wonder how they would have responded if we had an issue after installation.

A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. In the end he had to tear up all he had done. We signed a new contract. He insisted on more cash. Said he'd be back on Monday. And then bailed on us. I have completed 75% of the floor myself. And by following manufacturer instructions it went down great and is extremely well stuck.
