He was very easy to talk to and professional. His crew came by about a week and a half later on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday evening they were finished (one day was too rainy for them to work). He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. The job was paid for and is incomplete. I would not recommend this business.

Had a signed contract for 3 months (mid 5 digits so nothing small) and never showed up. Discussed…read morethe finish date when signed and then, when it was time to work, nothing. After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Steve. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Steve will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up finding a quality contractor (ZF Outdoors) that was able to bail me out, after the delays Steve caused, and still have it done by the deadline. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'm glad I did! UDATE: Regarding Steve's comments about a deposit. To give a contractor 50% before they even start is crazy, because of situations like this with contractors disappearing and/or failing. Steve and I spoke and settled on 4 payments of 25%, the first of which was due when he showed up and started working. You can believe what you want but BUYER BEWARE!!

I'm kind of a pain in azz and Juan handled me and my random text messages/questions quickly. His cost estimate was on point as well. They cleaned up after themselves and were great all around. I have them booked to come back and do the patio and another fence along the driveway. I received a recommendation for Jose's company from a family member who had similar work done. We were given an estimate which was right in line with what most websites indicate that the job would cost. Jose said he would start work in approximately 2-3 weeks. About 2 and a half weeks later, Jose and his crew showed up bright and early and got to work. I thought it would take several days, but much to my surprise, they finished the job in one day! They were very neat and no evidence of the old materials were left behind. Several weeks later, a gentleman came to finish installing the railings. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Jose to family and friends that need masonary work.

The trees they planted were not the right species and they were planted wrong according to one of their crew members - the owner of company was going to charge me to re-do the work and at full price!
