He also coordinated with a line painter to paint the parking spaces, handicap space, and bumpers. The sealcoating came out nicely, however the painter didn't paint the bumpers, I was told that he left the stencil in his other truck. I was told by Joe that the painter would return to complete the job (as was paid for) and that Joe would return to stake the bumpers and complete the project. I followed up twice over the next 2 months and was assured that the work would be completed, and that they were behind due to the weather. The third time I called, Joe had blocked my phone number. The job was paid for and is incomplete. I would not recommend this business.

After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Steve. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Steve will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up finding a quality contractor (ZF Outdoors) that was able to bail me out, after the delays Steve caused, and still have it done by the deadline. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'm glad I did! UDATE: Regarding Steve's comments about a deposit. To give a contractor 50% before they even start is crazy, because of situations like this with contractors disappearing and/or failing. Steve and I spoke and settled on 4 payments of 25%, the first of which was due when he showed up and started working. You can believe what you want but BUYER BEWARE!!

We were given an estimate which was right in line with what most websites indicate that the job would cost. Jose said he would start work in approximately 2-3 weeks. About 2 and a half weeks later, Jose and his crew showed up bright and early and got to work. I thought it would take several days, but much to my surprise, they finished the job in one day! They were very neat and no evidence of the old materials were left behind. Several weeks later, a gentleman came to finish installing the railings. I give this company 1 star for showing up to do the job & that's about it. They are unprofessional…read more& incompetent. I asked for them to cut 2 small trees evenly i.e., symmetrical. They performed an absolute hack job which is very uneven. In addition, they damaged the aluminum siding & paint job on my house. I asked for them to provide a written contract when they arrived on the day the job was to be done. Well, they didn't. I had written one the night before, in the event that they didn't. I had Frider sign it. Good thing I did, because he tried to overcharge me, but to no avail! His ploy did not work. I will provide better pictures once the leaves grow in, so you can better see. STAY AWAY!!! Again you are not being truthful. The job was not done 4 months ago. You did the job last month. You can make all the excuses you want. Your work is terrible & that's putting it nicely. I will post more pictures & more info so people will think before they call you for anything. Also, invest in a pole pruner & use it. I stand corrected, it was 2 months ago, not one.
