The food is fantastic- but on some weekdays they shut down the restaurant side. When you've got a hungry preschooler you make do. We sat on the bar side at one of the lower tables and food was great- but it took over 20 mins to catch the bartender's attention after we finished our meal. (We were the only ones not drinking.) My husband and I ordered takeout: sushi, spring rolls, udon noodles and rice. The menu is large with plenty of variety. Sushi was delicious. We both didn't care for the spring rolls but the noodles were my favorite; I ate them all and wanted more! My husband complained about the orange duck sauce as he prefers the brown kind. This Chinese restaurant is conveniently located on Route 18 in Abington. I went in there recently on a Sunday evening since I was in the area and had a craving for Chinese. The hostess brought me to a table in the dining room immediately and my server came over pretty much right away. The restaurant had a good amount of customers in it without being overly busy so the service was pretty fast. I ordered the beef with broccoli dinner plate which came with pork fried rice and an appetizer. I chose the chicken fingers as my appetizer. I also ordered a cup of their hot and sour soup. The waitress brought my soup out so I could enjoy it while I was waiting for dinner to be served. The soup was delicious and once my meal came I enjoyed the meal also. Everything was cooked perfectly and was very delicious. The service was efficient. I can definitely see myself going back to this place. read more

Wish I could give them zero stars. Called in an order for pick up. The lady on the phone did not even repeat my order back to me. It made me feel rushed.. when the order was picked up by someone else due to me being unable to they did not notice the price difference because one she did not give me a price because she rushed the entire process. And be the sushi apparently took forever so the person picking up the order just wanted to get out because they waited more than the 20 minutes that she said on the phone. I am 51 years old , I have been going to this place since the 90's , about 4 years ago I was there with a group of people and one got into a fight ,I helped get him out of there even though the bouncer dad agreesivly grabbed my bear squeezing my hand till the can crushed while I was going to the hallway to try and separate the fight, I got the person out of there and kept the piece ,was never aggressive in anyway. now I have had groups of friends go there on several occasions and would go to hang out and sing Karoke with the dj Harry with knows me and vouches for me that I have never caused any problem..sadly every time I go there they won't serve me and even other friends because they are affiliated with the person who was in the fight 4 years agoutis happened again last night ,they would not serve me , never did anything wrong , they also would not serve my brother who has not been there in over 30 years , the person that got in the fight 4 years ago was in the fight with Harry the Karoke guy , the same guy who vouched for me last night , just because you know someone should not determine if you get served , I have spoken with the owner Melody many times about this , sadly she says her and her staff decided to not serve anyone who has any affiliation with that person , I told melody that I am not even friends with that person any more ,I asked her , how would it feel if you went somewhere and you have to deal with that , thus ruining your evening . the only reason I even go is because I have friends that ask me to meet them and thats were they are I have a large amount of friends any go there , so now they are saying , you are not allowed because you know this person , what they did to my brother last night was demoralizing I believe this place is discriminating agains people who don't reach their criteria whatever that may be read more

I could not recommend this place more! Karaoke on the weekends. Staff is fast pace but very friendly. If you come often enough you may even get your beer opened for you before you even sit down! And honestly it's so fun watching all the different kinds of people singing. I wish there was more room but my favorite bars are always the same size ! Keno is always a must and the actual food has always been flawless. No complaints on food a except I think eel is gross lol if you need either sushi or classic fingers and fried rice you'll be happy either way. Lots of reasons to come here. I ordered lunch here a few weeks ago and got the chicken with cashew nuts with fried rice. When I picked it up, they charged me an extra $7.50 for the fried rice. Why didn't they tell me upfront that there was a surcharge? If I knew beforehand, I would not have taken it. You don't know what you're missing until it's gone and we def love this place! I drive past this place all the time and finally decided to try it. I've heard very mixed things and I'd hate to say it, but I won't be back. We were there on a Monday night and there were only about 5 other people there. In the 10 minutes we were there waiting for our take out order the 5 people in the bar were yelling profanities at each other, disco music was blaring and the bartender was swearing back at them. I got takeout from Omoto: we ordered 1 large shrimp fried rice, 1 large chicken wing, beef w/ broccoli, and 1 large vegetable lo mein. Our total cost was approximately $38. The place was busy with both patrons dining in and folks getting takeout. Nonetheless my food was ready in just about 20 minutes. The food was really good..not the best I've had..but really good. We got take- out sushi from here on a Friday night. While the restaurant wasn't jammed, the bar area seemed lively (albeit an older crowd) and there was a good amount of people picking up take-out. They have a good menu of sushi & sashimi, rolls, and specialty rolls. On the sushi dinner menu there is an option for four specialty rolls for $37 and change. This is a good value where they are all at least over $10. The only thing is you do not get to pick all four rolls. The hostess went over to the sushi chef and asked him what he makes and, at least on the Friday we were there, it is: - Omoto Roll - Rose Roll - an off the menu roll - a specialty roll of your choice We ordered it and asked for the Pikachu roll. On the off the menu roll we asked for something with eel and they made us what appeared to be a volcano or dragon roll you might see at other places. The hostess was very nice and accommodating to all of our questions. The sushi was delicious, as was the miso soup that is included with the sushi dinner.
