The guy (sorry I don't know his name) has drawn my blood twice and I didn't feel it either time. I don't get anxious before I go because I know everyone is so nice and patient. Even when they are busy, they still communicate with everyone in the office so we know that they have seen us while not rushing with the person getting tested as well.
