Three things (1) Unfortunately I erroneously wrote that the date of my appointment was 7/30/2021 when it was that the prior year, i.e. 7/30/2020 (just months into the pandemic). (2) Dr Burnett's response refers to barriers and 6' distance; there was NO barrier between me and the CHECK-OUT person, nor was there any option of paying my bill/handling paperwork with the check-out person from a 6' distance; (3) Finally, the response indicates office staff were not legally required to wear masks at that time.
