I made an appointment at 360 Balance after getting hit in the head with a basketball. It was a couple days after the accident and I realized I was having serious problems focusing my attention and sensitivity to light. Bridgett and her staff could not have been kinder in their assessment of my symptoms . Their office was well organized and clean. My wait was much shorter than if I had gone to ARC or Seton. I followed their advice and was back to work within a few days. While I was there I realized they do hearing assessments too, I probably have some hearing loss from years of noisy environments. Avoid! The therapists are good. The business practices horrible. For example, I had bad flu a few weeks ago--throwing up etc the day prior to appointment. Texted a need to cancel. Didn't know this but the place, while texting you, claims they don't ever review texts send to them. Who would know? So they charge me for a missed appointment. This was not a first appointment. Probably the fourth or fifth. What would they have me do? Come in vomiting. They only told me about the need to pay after I said I was not continuing on new year because of travel, etc. trying I guess to get every penny they could from me. I was referred to 360 Balance & Dizziness by my neurologist. When I arrived at their therapy center, I was at my lowest point - sad and dizzy. My therapists were kind, thoughtful and patient. They understood what I was going through. They offered daily exercises for me to do at home. They were knowledgeable about all kinds of dizziness and brain issues. They worked with me at each appt. with a variety of therapies that helped my brain correct the dizziness. Gradually, my dizziness began to improve. The practice (Charlotte - physical therapist) reached out to ask questions I had about my evaluation. It sounds like the primary issue was a gap in communication and education about why certain tests were performed and why their assessment was 100% vision related. Separately I met with my ENT, optometrist, and PCP to discuss. Based on my conversations with them and the relief I got from the ENT, they recommend another evaluation. Took a family member (T.) here for balance and dizziness issues. We needed a referral from a doctor to get in, got our PCP to do it. It was $195 for the evaluation and $115 for each treatment session. T. had some improvement after just one session, much more improvement after the second, and then graduated after 3-4 sessions. What an absolute horrible and traumatizing experience. My 81 yr old mother is suffering from severe dizziness, she has an appt with her ENT doctor but it's 3 weeks out so his office recommended we visit 360 to see if they could help. The lady that "helped" my mother was so uncaring, dismissive and aggressive. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. She began speaking of three possible solutions, one of which was medication that would affect her nervous system. That was all she said about that. The second was a therapy she mentioned that she could not bring herself to explain properly. When I asked to explain that procedure she immediately got defensive and started scolding me of having "bad energy". My mother was so distraught and confused, I had to take her out of there immediately. I could not see her subjected to such blatant disregard. Mother ended up crying in the car not understanding why this woman had been so dismissive and unwilling to properly explain the procedures she was speaking of instead, choosing to scold "negative energies" simply for asking questions so we could understand what procedures she was speaking of. It left my mother very scared and more confused. It was downright cruel. Cruel to treat someone this way that is scared about her health and trying to find answers. It takes nothing to be kind and compassionate to someone's health problems. You people need to do better. UPDATE: They are saying I was rude to their staff without citing an incident or how I was rude. I was dismissed for asking questions they are not qualified to answer. They just pretend they are qualified. Also, it has already been stated in this same forum about your mistreatment of veterans and elderly in general (also check Google reviews). Shame. read more

I've been suffering from vertigo for 3 or 4 months. Called 360 Balance & Dizziness this morning to schedule an appointment and was VERY disappointed to learn that they do not support our military as they do not accept Tricare. In addition, as a cash paying customer, I would still be required to have a referral from a doctor before 360 Balance would see me. Then they would require an initial appointment before they would begin treating the vertigo. So now I'm completely out of pocket since they do not honor our military by taking Tricare and will be out of pocket for the referral and initial visit before my issue has even been addressed. Freedom isn't free. Consider doing your part by accepting Tricare and treating our military men and women and their families. read more

360 is 5 star none other. they are the best for diagnosing evaluating and treating any type of disorder. they are more compassionate than you could possibly imagine. when your dizzy your not happy and they make you feel you know they will make you better. they all know what they are doing and if you follow their instructions you will get better. !!!! read more

Good Testing services for Balance Issues. I didn't stick with them due to excessive costs and my own recovery. Although they let me know the first visit costs, added expenses out of pocket were not mentioned via contacting their office via phone as well as sitting with the the office post initial consult (they did it on first visit though!). They told me more $$$ as I came in for Appt #2 and another evaluation I told the older office staff that I would decline this visit as was not told of this expense (even with inquiry ahead of time). They expect payment as I walked in, but could not tell me before that so I didn't have to walk out? In fairness to them, it had NOTHING to do with Chelle or other professional staff. They need to step up the communications and do a better job of working with the patients. One of their office staff does withhold information that is needed, and I cannot imagine a situation where someone is desperate for diagnostics and care and then has to deal with poor communications. As a retired office manager, I do remind them that their office staff should call ahead of each time or complete a cost estimate sheet, as most of what they do IS NOT COVERED by insurance. You may be covered via HSA/FSA card/savings but I have no clue. It is not cheap. In fact, most of what they do will trigger shell-shock. Or "sticker" shock. On the other hand, their professional diagnostician is great. Cannot comment on the audiologist(s), nor hearing aid services (I go elsewhere) nor their "doctor" that I never met. I am glad I did not spend any additional time there, as within a month my condition completely improved. It was later diagnosed as Vestibular migraine via neurologist with audiology testing (done through insurance and ENT MD referral). I doubt there is anything they could've done to change that. I don't think I will be going to them again, but never say never. read more

I became a vestibular-nerve post-surgery patient of Bridgett Wallace in 1997. At that time I could barely see, walk or stand. She was instrumental in my recovery. And she is instrumental in my ongoing maintenance and support through her research. Since that time, in 1997, I have known her as an excellent medical professional. I have been a patient and I have worked for Ms. Wallace over the years. I do not know what I would have done without her expertise and care in vestibular rehabilitation. Her clinic, 360 Balance, has professional, kind, caring clinicians that work hard for you, the patient, to help resolve Meniere's Disease, BPPV, brain injury and injuries to the vestibular due to medication, accident, sports related or viral complications. As well as hearing diagnostics and evaluation by a certified audiologist. If hearing aids can be an important element to the patient maintenance, then they are fitted at the clinic. Ms Wallace and all of her medical staff are well qualified and there to help. They are kind and patient. I have seen Bridgett treat patients with limited ability to pay. I have seen her work up close, for me as a complicated vestibular patient. I have seen the results of other patient's progress, when I worked for and promoted her clinic. 360 Balance is the best place a vestibular patient can go for physical therapy. Ms Wallace has taught vestibular rehab to medical clinicians all over this country and at the university level. She has been instrumental in promoting brain-injury awareness over the years in sports, particularly at The University of Texas at Austin Women's and Men's Athletic programs. There is nothing dishonest about this clinic or in the way they file insurance claims. The negative review about this clinic is not accurate in any way. read more

Have had two appointments concerning vertigo, the first visit my symptoms were no longer present but wanted to discuss in the event that they returned... Had my hearing tested while at the clinic since it had been awhile. The second visit was about six months later and had symptoms of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo... issue was explained in detail and non-invasive Epley Maneuver was performed and I was on my way. Basically a reposition of crystals moving around in the inner ear... Have visited with both Bridgett Wallace and Kathy Samaniego, both were very informative and pleasant. read more

Veterans Beware: 360 Balance & Hearing does not work with VA or Choice program to obtain medical history or records. I had a very negative experience with DR MELANCON he wasted my time and the taxpayers money because his office didn't bother obtaining my records when accepting the referral (they are sent together so the physician can review and setup a treatment plan) and decided to treat me for hearing loss-when I am being referred for tinnitus. I did not get treated for tinnitus I do not have any hearing loss because the VA clinic already tested me and needed to do advance tests for tinnitus. DR MELANCON decided to harass me about my tinnitus claim, I will never return or refer anyone to this clinic. read more

I was sent here after a cerebellar stroke to determine the exact cause of my chronic dizziness, brain fog and memory problems. Bridgette , owner and PT, in assessing my balance she wrote several things in my review that I had to go to another dr. to reassess and verify her findings were not correct. The dr of Audiology didn't find anything helpful. Now I know I should have gone to see a neuro optometrist. Dr. Briana Larson for vision/balance and Dr. James Kemper for ears/balance. read more

Had some testing done for symptoms relating to inner ear. The office staff was nice and helpful. The nurse and PT were very thorough in their explanations of what was happening and why. The PT, Delesa, was great. They were eager to find answers for me, but my tests came back negative, so they were honest about what they could and couldn't do. Very professional and caring staff. I was evaluated at my first visit and given a treatment for BPPV. Today, the therapist led me through several balance exercises. I was given exercises to do at home and will return in 2 weeks. I already feel better! One on one interaction in a quiet atmosphere, very important as I have some hearing loss and noise is a great distraction to me. read more

You should expect to be OVERBILLED abusively by this place. WATCH OUT and be careful. If you don't pay attention you will OVERPAY. I visited in December and was billed for the same visit in January. I had to dig up my old credit card to prove it after the office never returned two calls. I then received another bill in March for a second visit. I paid and received a late notice from their billing service in April indicating it was past due. Thank goodness I keep meticulous records. I again had to dig through two months of credit card bills and get on the phone to prove to them it was paid. Given that these visits were in conjunction with a lengthy hospital stay and dozens of doctors, I could have easily accidently paid twice (has this happened to others?). STAY CLEAR! read more

360 Balance is incorrectly telling anyone with a plan from the Affordable Care Act that they are not in network. This is wrong and outright discrimination. The plans are the same PPO plans that they claim they do accept. The only difference is in how they were purchased, the plan itself is the same. This is illegal behavior and they will now be investigated by Blue Cross Blue Shield for this. read more

the service and expertise were good. however, the billing was problematic to say the least. after 2 or 3 visits, we were owed a significant refund. months went by, and we didn't get it. i called, the rep quickly acknowledged the refund, but then didn't send it. then, months later we got some random, small "bills" from them, which my husband mistakenly paid. now i'm chasing the original refund as well as trying to get a refund for the small amounts ($13 and $35) we were recently charged and paid. when i saw a recent mistaken bill, i called them, and the rep immediately acknowledged that the bill was "wrong," and i could ignore it. these (incorrect) bills came with threatening wording about the account being "past due!," etc., when in fact we have a zero balance. and generally it's difficult to get thru to them by phone. be very careful of their billing. read more
