I truly feel heard, supported, and cared for by her -- and that's rare, especially in ADHD care. I'm so grateful for her! That said, this review is three stars because of the front office staff. I've only had two phone interactions with the office since returning to care, and unfortunately, both were unnecessarily rude and condescending. The first was regarding a same day schedule change the office requested less than an hour before my appointment. When I couldn't accommodate the new time due to work, I was met with clear frustration and no flexibility. So I just made it work anyway. The second happened today: I had a virtual appointment this morning, and moments ago received a phone call demanding immediate payment -- not just for today's appointment, but also for one from a month ago that I hadn't even been notified about until just an hour earlier from my insurance. When I asked if I could pay through the portal, I was repeatedly pressured to pay over the phone instead, as if I was avoiding the bill. I have no issue paying my bill, and in fact, I paid it immediately after the call ended. But I was spoken to as if I had ignored multiple invoices, and the tone felt aggressive and was incredibly inappropriate. I understand that medical offices deal with difficult patients all the time. But kindness should be the standard, not the exception, especially when both phone calls I've had with your office staff have left a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, Dr. Ince makes it worth continuing care. But I'm genuinely relieved that my appointments are virtual, because based on how I've been treated, I have no desire to deal with this staff in person.

I was on an important call with my doctor and politely asked for a moment, but she rushed me and said I had to fill out the form right that second or she would reschedule my appointment. I love the staff and the information sessions that come with my membership! I recently attendees a dermatology information session which was extremely helpful. I have doubts this review will get posted since it seems that no reviews from the past two years have been posted. I would post a picture of me getting my shots but I don't think anyone wants to see a picture of my ass hahah!! I can always get an appointment within two/three days of me calling. The staff is never rude or dismissive of my medical questions which is nice since I have not found similar experiences at other doctors offices!

Plus thousands of dollar$ more for her 'lab tests' and 'supplements'. In a just one year, the math is the 'tell'... $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 Dollars.... And no insurance. However, since the absence of Dr. Miller, things have gone downhill. I tried about a month ago to refill a recurring prescription and was told I'd need to be seen by Dr. Claudia Legere before I was given a refill, however she was on vacation for a week - oh well. Since then. I've tried to get in three times for various reasons (including that refill) and could never get in within 3 days. Yesterday I came down with something nasty (bronchitis?) and thought, "great, I'll make an appointment, get an antibiotic, and finally get that refill." I called them up and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the next day at 12:45, which I repeated back to them and immediately wrote down.. No such luck! I got there early, pleased to see NO ONE in the waiting room only to be told that they had me down at 11:45 and could not see me, and no, they wouldn't refill my prescription. I asked why they didn't call me at 11:45 - I live two minutes away and could have been there immediately. The reception said, "we don't do that, we assume you forgot." That was the last straw! I called River Hills Family Medicine (in River Place) and explained the situation. Even though I was a NEW patient, they got me in immediately. Their staff is pleasant, professional, helpful, and compassionate. They have been referred to me by many people in the past - I'm just sorry I didn't listed to them sooner! Has anyone else had similar issues since they went down to only one Dr. at Steiner Ranch Primary Care? They were an excellent addition to our great community. I hope they can work on their customer service, and stay. Until I hear differently, though, I'll happily drive the extra 5 minutes to see a Dr. who actually cares about her patients.

At our first meeting, I was highly impressed with Dr. Legere's knowledge and professionalism, and her very warm and caring personality. I recently made a second appointment about my migraines, and had explained to her staff about my current condition. I was **highly** impressed when she came to our appointment with a page of carefully researched notes so that we could have a meaningful conversation about treatment options. I have been very fortunate to have had some wonderful doctors in my life. And I can honestly say that Dr. Legere is now at the top of my list. Last but not least, I want to mention the medical and office staff at Steiner Ranch Primary Care. Everyone is very professional, efficient and kind.
