I thought that physicians who go into Internal Medicine and Family Practice as specialties do so because they want to earn patient's trust and establish relationships. Dr. Weeks clearly did not want to be there and had no desire to see me as a valued patient.

The good doc addressed several ongoing issues (namely, allergies, OF COURSE) with a course of action including 1- over-the-counter drugs, 2- a prescription, and if all else failed 3- a referral to an allergist. I feel like I'm in good hands! Also, points for Dr. Stround's very personable staff and pleasant office setting. Availability is the one area that isn't tops; I had to wait three weeks to see her. Not a deal breaker for a GP, though.

Prescribes outdated medications and doesn't inform patient when something better is made available. Despite serious ongoing symptoms, he is reluctant to refer patient to anyone else. Causes the patient more suffering. Doesn't seem to care. Dr. Hull has a "we are all going to die someday, so what?" attitude. He seems clinically depressed or maybe it's his ego. Only advantage to seeing him is there is never a wait to get an appointment. Wonder why? Do yourself a favor, keep looking because you deserve better.
