I'd previously reached out to this boutique via their own website inquiring on a ring I was interested in purchasing. I didn't hear back from anyone in the six weeks that passed so I decided to go in person and look at the selection and purchase outright if they had my size in stock. I walked in with my daughter, excited to show her why I like Omega over all other brands. I couldn't help but notice that no one acknowledged us. My daughter and I walk around as I'm telling her some of the history of some of the different watches. We made our way through the entire store, still no one acknowledged us. After about 15 minutes, I turn to look for someone to inquire about a ring, and Kian is standing there with a scowl on his face; think judgment personified. I mention to Kian, "I do have some questions, in case you were going to ask." He smirks and responds "What are they?" I ask about rings and he takes three to four steps and says, "They don't really have much, this is what they have," while showing me women's rings. I emphasize I'm looking for men's rings and he walks me over to the seamaster ring which is a woman's ring. Kian then tells me I should go to the website and find a piece I like and reach out to him so he can see if he can locate it for me. I mention to Kian I'd reached out six weeks prior and no one ever responded to my inquiry. I asked if this was the norm and he scoffs, "That one just fell through the cracks, but let me give you my card. Go back on the website and find one you like and reach out to me." I took Kian's card and walked over and saw a Constellation ring. As I was going to turn to ask to see it, a family walked in and they were promptly greeted, welcomed, and offered assistance; a far cry from the experience I had. The treatment offered by Kian was abysmal. Kian's smug attitude is off putting and a detriment to not only Omega but the customer service industry as a whole. If going to this store, avoid Kian at all costs. read more

Had a very comfortable and wonderful buying experience thanks to Alexander (Xander)! We walked in hoping to, at the very least, see the Seamaster Planet Ocean 6000m in summer blue in person. Xander was friendly from the get go--none of that bad attitude if they suspect you aren't making a purchase garbage--and informed us they might have one in the store although it might not be available for sale. He brought it out for us to see anyway, and invited us to sit and have a drink. Naturally, my husband had to go with the Macallan 15 lol. He wound up loving the watch and wanted to buy it, but since it was brought in for another client, they had to check if it was alright to sell that day. I continue to be extremely disappointed with Omega's quality and customer service. I purchased a Seamaster at the end of 2024 expecting the reliability and craftsmanship of a luxury Swiss watch. Instead, the movement failed in less than two years. After waiting more than two months for the repair, I finally received the watch back.... Only for it to fail again just three days later. Omega informed me that the second failure was caused by shipping, explaining that a movement jewel had come loose during transit and that the second hand was rubbing against the inside of the crystal. I find that explanation hard to believe, especially since the watch had supposedly passed final quality control before it was shipped back to me. Regardless of the cause, the watch failed again almost immediately after being returned, and instead of replacing it, Omega required me to send it back for yet another repair. When you spend thousands of dollars on a luxury timepiece, you expect exceptional quality and a company that stands behind its product. My experience has been the opposite. The repeated failures, months-long repair process, and refusal to replace the watch have completely eroded my confidence in the brand. I had planned to purchase a Speedmaster next, but that will not be happening. This Seamaster will be my first and last Omega. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the brand. read more

I had the most amazing experience today at Omega. I stopped in because my watch had been running slow after I had the battery changed at a local jewelry store close to my home. Humphrey immediately took a look and said, " I think I know what's wrong- the spring that holds battery must have fallen out" The entire Omega team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. Omega needs to train the staff or fire the manager of this location due to Racist atmosphere and behavior. When they let me in. guard move to a position to focus on me. The salesperson brought out a watch... then the guard slammed the door shut behind me. Like I was gonna run out into thw mall with the watch. There are two associates that you should avoid, being Kian and Alan. I strongly recommend working only Tina (assistant manager) or Humphrey (service technician). I don't have experience with the other associates, Xander, Cole, or Madison. Kian scraped my wrist while rushing to put on a Seamaster mesh bracelet. On a different occasion where I was there having my Speedmaster bracelet resized (read below), I was reading the omega chronicle book (a huge red book describing Omega's history by the boutique entrance). He suddenly appeared in front, moved my tote bag and closed the Omega Chronicles book nearly on my fingers. He stated he "needed the entire space right now" for a different client, when I was only occupying the left ~1/4th-1/3rd of the counter space. The client and him ended up only occupying the right 1/4th of the space. He offered no apology nor acknowledgment in both situations. Alan tried to iterate that "people who buy these [Speedmaster Professional, Black $9,000/White $9,100/Reverse Panda $10,400] pieces don't care about the price - the price difference is nothing" and attempted to pressure me into purchasing on the spot. Seeing I was taking a long time taking pictures/doing comparisons, he asked "what else is there to compare/decide?" He also improperly resized my bracelet, taking over 30 minutes to add a single link incorrectly--flipping its orientation, scratching it with a screwdriver, and placing it on the wrong side, resulting in a non-centered clasp. I ultimately had it corrected at 1916 Company in Fashion Island. No resolution has been offered for the scratched link or wasted time by boutique management (Janice Huang). In contrast, Tina and Humphrey were outstanding and exemplified the level of professionalism expected at a luxury boutique. If you do visit, I strongly recommend working with Tina or Humphrey. read more

Wanted to give a shout out to this boutique. I purchased a small seconds Aqua Terra on a NATO strap yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I figured I would walk in, ask for what I wanted, pay and leave. That wasn't the case! They made it an experience. Champagne was served while my wife and I waited for the watch to be sized, they have all options of nato straps available to look at/purchase, and to top it off the customer service was fantastic. My boyfriend and I went in to look at some watches and ended up walking out with one that he LOVED! Alan was really patient and knowledgeable about all the different models we were looking at. The lady is suggesting that I may need $600 service in order for the new battery to work, Even with that, she try to sell the service in a very harsh tone, poker face. Walk away, quite disappointed. We were greeted by Hiroo who was warm and welcoming without the air of pretentiousness that is present in the watch stood next door (ahem...Rolex). Hiroo and I got chatting about watches and I ended up finding a new bracelet for my speedy (it's the same bracelet that is on the FOIS); even though all I was buying was a bracelet Hiroo treated us as though we were buying the most expensive watch in the store - I couldn't recommend him enough if you're looking to purchase a luxury watch. Hiroo even took the time to swap the bracelet out for me and give it a polish/cleaning; I left the store feeling like I just got a new watch and continue to get compliments on how well it looks weeks after my visit. Stopped by last year to inquire about a collection of Seamasters available only at boutiques in certain cities. I would be traveling to one of these cities and was interested to know if I could reserve a Seamaster to purchase on my trip. Jonathan at this boutique was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of Omega's watch collections. In fact, he was even very familiar with the city I would be traveling to, and coordinated with a boutique there to hold the watch for me. Amazing customer service by Jonathan!
