The store left voicemails throughout the process so I was informed what was happening with the repair order. Broke my watch and tech tried to hide it. Sent a tissot in navigator 3000 in perfect condition for a battery. When i picked it up and paid for it they said "the tech didnt know how to set the time on it " so I believed them even though I thought hey its 2026 the technician could google the manual. RUDE STAFF! I went in genuinely looking to purchase two watches: one Rolex and another smaller watch as a Father's Day gift. I've been to this location before, and normally the staff is very kind and helpful. However, this time there was a woman working there with black hair who was extremely unwelcoming, rude, and unhelpful. She seemed like she did not want to show me anything. Whenever I asked a question, she would either just stare at me or make me repeat myself multiple times, only to give a one-word answer. I genuinely love watches and usually enjoy talking about them with staff at different stores and locations, but when I tried to make conversation, she just looked away, stared at the ceiling, and ignored me. I don't know if it was because of what I was wearing, my skin color, or something else, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a watch store. I called multiple Longines ADs to see if they would have the Longines Year of the Dragon Flagship Heritage model. It is a beautiful limited edition watch with only 888 prices being made worldwide. It was primarily being sold in only Asian countries to celebrate to Chinese Year of the Dragon, according to multiple watch news outlets. That was until Alice Kim replied back to my request stating that Tourneau would be getting 3 of them company wide and that she would be able to secure one for me. I quickly put a deposit down and waited until it was available. The whole process was smooth. Alice went above and beyond to make sure I was allocated one. When it was time to pick up, Alice informed me that she was out of the country and that Aaron would take care of me when I arrived. Aaron made sure to setup the watch and answer any questions that I had. I'm thrilled to have been able to receive this watch. Alice and Aaron went above and beyond and provided the best customer experience. I will definitely be purchasing my next watch with them in hopefully the near future (if the wife allows it).
