I needed my watch piece fixed after I busted the crystal on my Rolex. The turnaround time was initially 8-12weeks as they needed to send it to NY for repairs. The store left voicemails throughout the process so I was informed what was happening with the repair order. The watch returned for pickup up in little over a month which was much faster than the initial timeline. The clerks here are professional and courteous. I have no complaints. read more

Broke my watch and tech tried to hide it. Sent a tissot in navigator 3000 in perfect condition for a battery. When i picked it up and paid for it they said "the tech didnt know how to set the time on it " so I believed them even though I thought hey its 2026 the technician could google the manual. It's available all over the Internet. When I took it home, it was broken the tech dsmsged or broke the time setting pusher on it. DO NOT BRING YOUR WATCHES HERE!!!!! read more

Tuesday around 3pm. After visiting Bloomingdales' Longines, Breitling watches, Omega watches, Tudor watches, we went to Bucherer. It was our last stop, the most promising place to find the luxury watch that we wanted. As It turned out that Bucherer had the least selection to choose from. When we asked to see the pre-owned Rolex drawers, we were told that they were all the same, nothing different to see. Weren't we good enough? read more

Thank you to Royce who provided exceptional customer service and the time when my watch was ready. I had to change a battery and adjust my band size and both were completed perfectly. read more

Amazing experience at this Bucherer location! I can't thank Emma enough for showing me a variety of timepieces that caught my eye. I ended up purchasing my submariner that I was looking for; for months. I finally found one here and couldn't be more happier! On to the next one :-) read more

RUDE STAFF! I went in genuinely looking to purchase two watches: one Rolex and another smaller watch as a Father's Day gift. I've been to this location before, and normally the staff is very kind and helpful. However, this time there was a woman working there with black hair who was extremely unwelcoming, rude, and unhelpful. She seemed like she did not want to show me anything. Whenever I asked a question, she would either just stare at me or make me repeat myself multiple times, only to give a one-word answer. I genuinely love watches and usually enjoy talking about them with staff at different stores and locations, but when I tried to make conversation, she just looked away, stared at the ceiling, and ignored me. I don't know if it was because of what I was wearing, my skin color, or something else, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a watch store. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering I came in ready to buy. read more

Don't expect them to clean your Rolex watch. The machine is either broken or there's nobody there that can operate it. Serious wast of time coming to this Rolex owned dealer. read more

They are located on the 3rd floor level in South Coast Plaza, just outside of Nordstrom. The receptionist was super friendly and accommodating. Service was quick and easy. I had my watch strap resized in no time! read more

I had an outstanding experience at Tourneau. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their knowledge about watches is unmatched, and they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They guided me through every step of the process, from selecting the perfect watch to ensuring a smooth purchase experience. The quality of service was truly five-star. Whether you're a seasoned collector or buying your first luxury timepiece, I can't recommend Tourneau enough. They make the experience special, and their professionalism is second to none. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases. read more

For anyone not in the know, this place is owned by Rolex. They control the fake scarcity so they can sell to their choice of customers (ones dumb enough to fall for the purchase history scam). These clowns sell the list so that you're on it forever or you've spent enough that they'll let you buy the watch you want. It's price manipulation. Same thing with their cpo garbage, they're taking the place of the grey market and selling people (used) watches at astronomical prices. Of course I came here and just like their Rolex store it's the most. Done buying their Rolexes, there are other watch brands where I can buy the watch I want without this nonsense. read more

Good experience overall, I appreciate the time for the sales consultant to show me some pieces, and after being at this location multiple times and finally today I bought a CPO Rolex explore 2 first rolex, really clean, I appreciate the small little discount they honored as well. read more

I am a long time Tourneau's customer. Originally from the store in Bal Harbour and now the south coast plaza location. I have dealt with 2 of the associates there and they are both great, Marisha Vandyke Miller and MINGYI XU. MINGYI XU is my point of contact now and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The customer service is amazing at this store where you are always offered water and chocolate. They would sit with you for hours and discuss your interests about the products you would like to buy. They follow up with you on regular basis with emails and sometimes text messages as well. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone who is interested in buying any kind of jewelry or timepieces. read more

I had the opportunity to visit the recently updated Tourneau Bucherer store in South Coast Plaza, and I must say, my experience exceeded expectations. Intrigued by its connection with Patek Philippe, my husband and I decided to take a look inside, and we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. We were warmly greeted by Ming, the Patek Philippe ambassador at this location. Ming's friendliness and extensive knowledge of the brand were truly remarkable. He patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through their impressive collection of timepieces. His passion for Patek Philippe was contagious, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Aside from Patek Philippe, the store also offers an extensive range of other renowned watch brands, including AP, Rolex, Breitling, and Longines. Alice, who handles sourcing and sales for all watches other than Patek, was equally amazing. She provided valuable insights into each brand and helped us explore various options. I was particularly impressed with the selection of Audemars Piguet watches, and the assortment of great Rolexes for both men and women was truly impressive. In addition to their exceptional watch offerings, the store boasts a fine jewelry vault filled with an array of stunning pieces. When it comes to jewelry, Sigh is the go-to person. He specializes in diamonds and fine jewelry and proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing of the jewelry was surprisingly reasonable, with standout pieces like the baguette diamond ring priced at just $6,200. Sigh's expertise and assistance ensured us that we would find the perfect piece to complement my style. Oh! I almost forgot to mention they also buy timepieces from their customers! All in all, I really enjoyed my experience at Tourneau Bucherer in South Coast Plaza. The customer service provided by Ming, Alice, and Sigh was unparalleled, and their passion for their work was evident. The quality of the items on display, whether it be watches or fine jewelry, was outstanding, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Whether you're a casual shopper or a seasoned watch enthusiast, I highly recommend visiting this store. Even if you've been there before, the new renovations and the addition of Tourneau Bucherer joining Patek make it worth another visit. This place is rad, & the experience is filled with great customer service, exceptional products, attractive prices, and the convenience of buying or selling your timepieces. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. read more

Met Mingyi at the South Coast Plaza boutique this past weekend. He took his time to get to know me and my wife and our watch collections. He is a true enthusiast and spent some time to educate us further on the Patek brand. Fantastic experience and a great brand ambassador. read more

My son, a watch aficionado, and I stopped into the Bucherer store in South Coast Plaza a few days ago. While in the Patek Philippe area, we started a conversation with the Patek Philippe ambassador, MingYi Xu. Even though we were just browsing, MingYi spent a half hour speaking with us about the Patek Philippe brand, its history, its current models and the purchasing/relationship process. My son and I had visited the Patek Philippe museum while on a trip to Geneva so it was interesting to hear about the current retail strategy for the brand and about the Patek Philippe Register. MingYi is a very knowledgeable and personable representative of the brand and is an excellent ambassador for Patek Philippe. I would recommend him as a point of contact for anyone looking to build a relationship with Patek Philippe or for anyone who is just interested in learning about fine watches and the craftsmanship that goes into them. read more

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and attention to detail MingYi Xu provided during my recent visit to Patek Philippe SCP. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. His knowledge of the products and his willingness to assist me in finding the perfect item truly made my shopping experience memorable. Your passion for your work was evident, and it greatly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Furthermore, I was impressed by your dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Despite the inability to forecast future inventory, you took the time to understand my preferences and assist me in any way possible. Your commitment to going above and beyond for your customers is truly commendable. read more

I called multiple Longines ADs to see if they would have the Longines Year of the Dragon Flagship Heritage model. It is a beautiful limited edition watch with only 888 prices being made worldwide. It was primarily being sold in only Asian countries to celebrate to Chinese Year of the Dragon, according to multiple watch news outlets. That was until Alice Kim replied back to my request stating that Tourneau would be getting 3 of them company wide and that she would be able to secure one for me. I quickly put a deposit down and waited until it was available. The whole process was smooth. Alice went above and beyond to make sure I was allocated one. When it was time to pick up, Alice informed me that she was out of the country and that Aaron would take care of me when I arrived. Aaron made sure to setup the watch and answer any questions that I had. I'm thrilled to have been able to receive this watch. Alice and Aaron went above and beyond and provided the best customer experience. I will definitely be purchasing my next watch with them in hopefully the near future (if the wife allows it). Thank you again for the amazing watch and the excellent customer experience. read more

Name of the business has changed to Tourneau/Bucherer 1888. Had an awesome experience buying a watch from this location. Aaron had given me his contact information on a previous visit and had answered questions I had while I was doing my research on different watches. On my most recent visit, Alice helped me out while I tried on several different models to see which on I liked best. Both Aaron and Alice made sure all my questions were answered and made my purchase very smooth. They have both been in contact with me since to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will be visiting them again in the future. read more
